About
I am a registered dietitian, mind–body nutritionist, writer, editor-in-chief, and the founder of The Nourished Sensitive™—a creative wellness ecosystem devoted to nourishment, belonging, and visibility for sensitive leaders, creators, and healers.
I identify deeply with what Taylor Swift calls the New Romantic: emotionally courageous, idealistic, resilient, and unafraid of softness in a world that often resists it. I am contemplative by nature, spiritually informed by both Celtic tradition and contemporary Christian perspectives, and shaped by a lifelong devotion to beauty, meaning, and truth.
For many years, I learned to adapt, soften, or translate myself in order to be understood. Since receiving my AuDHD diagnosis, I have stepped into a more grounded and dignified self-trust—embracing my neurodivergence, intensity, intuition, sensitivity, giftedness, passion, romanticism, complexity, and creativity not as liabilities, but as sources of visionary leadership.
Creating spaces where friendship, safety, and belonging can flourish is central to my work. I am known for my ability to hold emotional depth with warmth and steadiness—to invite others into joy, tenderness, reflection, and genuine connection without performance or pressure.
The Nourished Sensitive functions as both a digital magazine and a living sanctuary—offering essays, conversations, community spaces, and guided experiences designed to nourish sensitive and neurodivergent people across mind, body, and spirit. Its mission is to restore belonging and visibility for those who have long been misunderstood or overlooked, and its vision is to steward a cultural shift toward sensitive leadership, creative depth, and more humane ways of living and working.
What distinguishes my path is that I did not separate creative leadership from nourishment, or community care from structure. Instead, I built them as one integrated ecosystem—allowing values, lived experience, and systems to evolve together over time. This profile is not a blueprint, but a lived case study, reflecting how sensitivity, creativity, and holistic training can be translated into a sustainable body of work through experimentation, iteration, and devotion to integrity over trends.
Career & Calling
This work is not a side project or hustle—it is a vocational calling.
The Nourished Sensitive is something I steward with the same care, commitment, and responsibility one might give to raising a child. While I do not currently orient my life toward traditional motherhood, I deeply believe that creative, cultural, and community-building work is equally vital. Art, story, and sanctuary shape the emotional and spiritual health of our world.
My role as Founder sits at the intersection of:
- holistic nutrition and mind–body care
- creative leadership and storytelling
- community-building and emotional safety
- neurodivergent-informed systems and spaces
I have devoted years of study, reflection, creativity, and lived experimentation to this work. It has required sacrifice, discipline, and endurance—often in quiet, unseen ways. Growth has been slow by design, prioritizing integrity and sustainability over speed.
When I look back on the past five years of building The Nourished Sensitive, I see not inconsistency, but a steady, faithful unfolding—like a lotus flower blooming over time.
I remain deeply committed to this mission and vision, and to serving sensitive, intuitive, and neurodivergent people with the visibility, compassion, and wholeness they deserve. What follows in this profile is an inside look at how that ecosystem was shaped—from vision to structure—offered as inspiration for others expanding their own realm of possibilities with intention and imagination.
