The following terms of service (these "Terms of Service"), govern your access to and use of the Doll & Dollhouse website and any affiliate platforms, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.dollanddollhouse.com (the "Site"), referred hereto as "Doll & Dollhouse," "we", "our", or "us." "You" or "user" means you as a user of the Site. " "Buyer" refers to any customer of the site who creates an account with us and purchases services on our site. "Site Visitor" refers to a browser of our site that has not created an account with us. "Seller" refers to any seller or vendor of a service on our site. All of our information on this Terms, Policies, and Guidelines page can be collectively referred to as "Terms."

Please read the Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site, opening an account or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service and any and all additional standards, conditions, policies, guidelines and in-product disclosures (collectively, the "Terms"), which are incorporated here on this page "Terms, Policies, & Guidelines." You must agree to all terms and policies written on this page, "Terms, Policies, & Guidelines." Otherwise, you are not allowed to access or use the Site.
From time to time, we may update any information on our "Terms, Policies, & Guidelines" page to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features), and Doll & Dollhouse reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.
1. USER PERMISSIONS
Whether as a Buyer or a Seller, you are not authorized to create an account or use the Services unless all of the following are true, and by using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are an individual (i.e., not any body corporate, partnership or other business entity) at least 18 years old or the age of majority to legally enter into a contract under the laws of your home country if that happens to be greater than 18;
- You are legally qualified to enter a binding contract with Doll & Dollhouse;
- You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country;
- You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from conducting business with the United States (for example, the U.S. Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals or any similar government agency list) nor do you face any other similar prohibition);
- You are not prohibited by law from using our Services;
- You have not committed, been convicted of, or pled no contest to a felony or indictable offense (or crime of similar severity), a sex crime, or any crime involving violence or a threat of violence, unless you have received clemency for a non-violent crime and we have determined that you are not likely to pose a threat to other users of our Services;
- You are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry;
- You do not have more than one account on our Services;
- You do use another person’s account or to share your account with any other person without permission; and
- You have not previously been removed from our Services or our affiliates’ services by us or our affiliates, unless you have our express written permission to partake in our Services again.
You may not do any of the following while accessing or using the Doll & Dollhouse platform and Services:
- Access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the platform (including content storage), Doll & Dollhouse's computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of Doll & Dollhouse service providers.
- Disable, interfere with, or try to circumvent any of the features of the platforms related to security or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any of our systems.
- Copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of or content on the Doll & Dollhouse platform or Services.
- Access or search or attempt to access or search our platform by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available search functionalities that are provided via our website, mobile apps, or API (and only pursuant to those API terms and conditions). You may not scrape, spider, use a robot, or use other automated means of any kind to access the Services.
- In any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information (such as sending email communications falsely appearing as Doll & Dollhouse); or interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the platforms or services, or in any other manner interfering with or creating an undue burden on the Services.
If at any time you cease to meet these requirements, all authorization to access our Services or systems is automatically revoked, and we retain the right to remove your access to our Services without warning.
2. ACCOUNTS
In order to make a purchase on our Site, you must create an account. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. This means you need to be careful with your password. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you such access unless you can provide us with the information that we need to prove you are the owner of that account. In the event of the death of a user, the account of that user will be closed.
You may not share your account login credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for what happens with your account, and Doll & Dollhouse will not intervene in disputes regarding shared account login credentials. You must notify us immediately upon learning that someone else may be using your account without your permission (or if you suspect any other breach of security) by contacting us. We may request some information from you to confirm that you are indeed the owner of your account.
3. SELLERS
3.1 Basics
- Sellers list each service as a product on Doll & Dollhouse to allow Buyers to purchase their services.
- Sellers are responsible for obtaining a general liability insurance policy with coverage amounts that are sufficient to cover all risks associated with the performance of their services.
- Before joining our platform, Sellers are required to and submit a form and include information such as full legal name, email, address, telephone number, business information, and sign in agreement to all terms, policies, and guidelines of Doll & Dollhouse.
- Each Seller will be individually approved by our platform in order to ensure and maintain safety.
- The Seller's visibility is determined based on multiple factors, such as the reviews posted by Buyers, quantity of services sold, and/or date of joining our Site. In certain cases, exceedingly low ratings may lead to the suspension of the Seller’s account.
- Doll & Dollhouse reserves all right, in any and all circumstances, to remove Sellers from our platform due to our sole discretion.
3.2 Seller Obligations
As a Seller, you are responsible for all services provided outside of our platform. All forms of communication and interaction with Buyers or Site Visitors will take place outside of the Doll & Dollhouse website. This means that you are fully responsible for all information that you give directly to others, (including our platform). Though Sellers use our Vendor Dashboard in order to receive necessary information about the Buyer, Buyer messages, and/or products, Doll & Dollhouse will not be responsible for any communication that occurs between the Buyer and Seller.
You are 100% responsible for all content and information that you give to our platform, users of our platform, and Buyers, including personal details, information shared during exchanges with Buyers, etc. All information to be shared with Buyers can be called "Submitted Content."
You represent and warrant that:
- You will provide and maintain accurate information, both personal details and Submitted Content, both to Doll & Dollhouse and to any user of our platform;
- You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, permissions, and authority to authorize Doll & Dollhouse to use your Submitted Content as specified in these Terms of Service;
- Your Submitted Content will not infringe or misappropriate any third party's intellectual property rights;
- You have the required qualifications, credentials, and expertise (including education, training, knowledge, and skill sets) to teach and offer the services that you offer through your Submitted Content and use of the Services; and
- You will ensure a quality of service that corresponds with the standards of your industry and instruction services in general.
- You can refuse to give out information that you are not comfortable giving out.
You warrant that you will not:
- Post or provide any inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist, pornographic, false, misleading, incorrect, infringing, defamatory or libelous content or information;
- Post or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation (commercial or otherwise) through the Services or to any user;
- Use the Services for business other than providing information, teaching, coaching, and/or instructional services to Buyers;
- Engage in any activity that would require us to obtain licenses from or pay royalties to any third party, including the need to pay royalties for the public performance of a musical work or sound recording;
- Frame or embed the Services (such as to embed a free version of your Submitted Content) or otherwise circumvent the Services;
- Facilitate payments with Buyers outside of Doll & Dollhouse; except for in the case of post-30-day refunds to Buyers. Please see the Payment Terms for more information.
- Impersonate another person or organization, or gain unauthorized access to another person's information;
- Interfere with or otherwise prevent other Sellers from providing their services or content; or
- Abuse Doll & Dollhouse resources, including support services.
3.3 License to Doll & Dollhouse
You grant Doll & Dollhouse the rights detailed on this "Terms, Policies, & Guidelines" page to offer, market, and otherwise exploit your Submitted Content.
You also authorize Doll & Dollhouse to sublicense these rights to your Submitted Content to third parties, including through third parties such as resellers, distributors, affiliate sites, deal sites, and paid advertising on third-party platforms.
Unless otherwise agreed, you have the right to remove all or any portion of your Submitted Content from the Services at any time. All content that you give to Buyers outside of our platform can be retained by the Buyers, even after the removal of Submitted Content from our platform.
We may record and use all or any part of your Submitted Content for quality control and for delivering, marketing, promoting, demonstrating, or operating the Services. You grant Doll & Dollhouse permission to use your name, likeness, voice, and image in connection with offering, delivering, marketing, promoting, demonstrating, and selling the Services, your Submitted Content, or Doll & Dollhouse's content, and you waive any rights of privacy, publicity, or other rights of a similar nature, to the extent permissible under applicable law.
3.4 Trust & Safety
You agree to abide by Doll & Dollhouse's Community & Safety guidelines and other content quality standards or policies prescribed by Doll & Dollhouse from time to time. You should check these policies periodically to ensure that you comply with any updates to them. You understand that your use of the Services is subject to Doll & Dollhouse's approval, which we may grant or deny at our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend payouts, and/or ban Sellers for any reason at any time, without prior notice, including in cases where:
- A Seller or content does not comply with our policies or legal terms (including all information outlines on this "Terms, Policies, & Guidelines" page);
- Content or interactions fall below our quality standards or has a negative impact on the Buyer experience;
- A Seller engages in behavior that might reflect unfavorably on Doll & Dollhouse or bring Doll & Dollhouse into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule;
- A Seller engages the services of a marketer or other business partner who violates Doll & Dollhouse's policies;
- A Seller uses the Services in a way that constitutes unfair competition, such as promotion of their off-site business in a way that violates Doll & Dollhouse's policies; or
- As determined by Doll & Dollhouse in its sole discretion.
When interacting Doll & Dollhouse or with any user of our platform, you must represent yourself. No substitute, such as another person or chatbot, may replace you as an individual in your interactions with others.
3.5 Relationship to Buyers
The only information you'll receive about Buyers is what is provided to you through the Services. You agree that you will not use the data you receive for any purpose other than providing your services to those Buyers on the Doll & Dollhouse platform, and that you won't solicit additional personal data or store Buyers' personal data outside the Doll & Dollhouse platform. You agree to indemnify Doll & Dollhouse against any claims arising from your use of Buyers' personal data.
3.6 Anti-Piracy Efforts
To enable our protection of your content from unauthorized use, you hereby appoint Doll & Dollhouse and any / all of our anti-piracy vendors as your agents for the purpose of enforcing copyrights for each of your content, through notice and takedown processes (under applicable copyright laws like the Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and for other efforts to enforce those rights. You grant Doll & Dollhouse and any / all of our anti-piracy vendors primary authority to file notices on your behalf to enforce your copyright interests.
You agree that Doll & Dollhouse and any / all of our anti-piracy vendors will retain the above rights unless you revoke them by sending an email to us with the subject line: "Revoke Anti-Piracy Protection Rights" from the email address associated with your account. Any revocation of rights will be effective 48 hours after we receive it.
3.7 Trademarks
While you are a published Seller on our platform and subject to our terms, policies and guidelines, you may use our trademarks where we authorize you to do so.
You must:
- Only use the images of our trademarks that we make available to you, as detailed in any guidelines we may publish;
- Only use our trademarks in connection with the promotion and sale of your Submitted Content available on Doll & Dollhouse or your participation on Doll & Dollhouse; and
- Immediately comply if we request that you discontinue use.
You must not:
- Use our trademarks in a misleading or disparaging way;
- Use our trademarks in a way that implies that we endorse, sponsor, or approve of your Submitted Content or services; or
- Use our trademarks in a way that violates applicable law or in connection with an obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic or material.
3.8 Relationship to Doll & Dollhouse
You and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between you and Doll & Dollhouse. As such, all Sellers are conducting business with Buyers as if Buyers are their direct clients, all within the scope of our terms, policies, and guidelines.
4. BUYERS
4.1 Basics
- You may not offer direct payments to Sellers using payment systems outside of the Doll & Dollhouse platform.
- Doll & Dollhouse retains the right to use all delivered work that the Buyer has agreed to include, such as reviews, for Doll & Dollhouse marketing and promotional purposes.
- When making a purchase on the Doll & Dollhouse platform you may only use funds that were obtained from legal sources and are not, directly or indirectly, connected to any unlawful or fraudulent activities.
- Doll & Dollhouse reserves all right, in any and all circumstances, to remove Buyer accounts from our platform due to our sole discretion.
4.2 Buyer Obligations
As a Buyer, you are responsible for all interactions outside of our platform. All forms of communication and interaction Sellers will take place outside of the Doll & Dollhouse website. Though messages to Buyers may be sent from our Site, you will not receive on our Site; rather, responses will go to your email. This means that you are fully responsible for all information that you give directly to others, (including our platform).
You are 100% responsible for all information that you give to our platform and to Sellers, including personal details, information shared during exchanges with Sellers, etc.
You represent and warrant that:
- You will provide and maintain accurate information both to Doll & Dollhouse and to any user of our platform; and
- You use our platform purely for opportunities related to career;
You warrant that you will not:
- Provide or relay any inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist, pornographic, false, misleading, incorrect, infringing, defamatory or libelous content or information;
- Post or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or any other form of solicitation (commercial or otherwise) through the Services or to any user;
- Use the Services for business other than seeking information, teaching, coaching, and/or instructional services from Sellers;
- Facilitate payments with Sellers outside of Doll & Dollhouse, except for in the case of post-30-day refunds from Sellers. Please see the Payment Terms for more information.
- Impersonate another person or organization, or gain unauthorized access to another person's information;
- Interfere with or otherwise prevent Sellers from providing their services or content; or
- Abuse Doll & Dollhouse resources, including support services.
4.3 License to Doll & Dollhouse
You grant Doll & Dollhouse the rights detailed on this "Terms, Policies, & Guidelines" page to offer, market, and otherwise exploit any publicly-viewable information on our platform, such as reviews and feedback.
You also authorize Doll & Dollhouse to sublicense these rights to such information to third parties, including through third parties such as resellers, distributors, affiliate sites, deal sites, and paid advertising on third-party platforms.
We may record and use all or any part of your publicly-viewable information for quality control and for delivering, marketing, promoting, demonstrating, or operating the Services. You grant Doll & Dollhouse permission to use your name, likeness, voice, and image in connection with offering, delivering, marketing, promoting, demonstrating, and selling the Services, your information, or Doll & Dollhouse's content, and you waive any rights of privacy, publicity, or other rights of a similar nature, to the extent permissible under applicable law.

- A Buyer does not comply with our policies or legal terms (including all information outlines on this "Terms, Policies, & Guidelines" page);
- Interactions fall below our quality standards or has a negative impact on the Seller experience;
- A Buyer engages in behavior that might reflect unfavorably on Doll & Dollhouse or bring Doll & Dollhouse into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule; or
- As determined by Doll & Dollhouse in its sole discretion.
When interacting Doll & Dollhouse or with any user of our platform, you must represent yourself. No substitute, such as another person or chatbot, may replace you as an individual in your interactions with others.
4.5 Relationship to Sellers
You agree that you will not use any data or information that you receive from Sellers for any purpose other than for career and information-seeking, and that you won't solicit additional personal data or store Seller's personal data outside the Doll & Dollhouse platform. You agree to indemnify Doll & Dollhouse against any claims arising from your use of Seller's personal data.
4.6 Relationship to Doll & Dollhouse
You and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between you and Doll & Dollhouse. As such, all Buyers are conducting business with Sellers as if Sellers are their direct business providers, all within the scope of our terms, policies, and guidelines.
5. PURCHASING
Please refer to the Payment Terms for making Payments through the Doll & Dollhouse platform and to learn about fees and taxes.
Users may not offer others to pay, or make payment using any method other than through our platform. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method in a case other than a post-30-day refund (see Payment Terms), please report it immediately to info@dollanddollhouse.com.
6. ORDERS
6.1 Basics
- Each Seller is listed as a product on our platform. Once payment is confirmed, the Seller will reach out to the Buyer within the time frame listed in the product description. The Seller reaches out to the Buyer through their Vendor Dashboard, though arrangements of service and communication will be facilitated outside of our Site or platform(s).
- If the Seller fails to reach out to the Buyer within 14 days, please contact Doll & Dollhouse for a cancellation refund. If a Seller fails to complete the service within the designated time frame of 30 days, please contact us for a Seller no-show refund.
- We encourage our Buyers and Sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, users can contact Doll & Dollhouse.
6.2 Handling Orders
- When a Buyer orders from the Seller, the Seller is notified by email and through their Vendor Dashboard.
- Sellers are required to meet the delivery time that they specify to the Buyer. Orders must be fulfilled by Sellers as listed in the product description. Deviation from the description, tardiness, or inappropriate behavior may result in a refund for the Buyers as well as the removal of Submitted Content from our platform, at our sole discretion. Buyers have 14 days to request a cancellation refund from us, and 30 days to request a Seller no-show refund from us.
- Users are responsible for scanning all transferred files for viruses and malware. Doll & Dollhouse will not be held responsible for any damages which might occur due to site usage, use of content or files transferred.
- All Services are facilitated outside of the Doll & Dollhouse platform. We take no liability for what happens outside of our platform.
6.3 Shipping (Physical Products)
- We offer free domestic (USA) shipping for all of our physical products. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- We currently do not offer shipping outside of the USA for physical products.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once the order is placed for a physical product, cancellations are not allowed.
- We do not cover the costs of returns, such as shipping labels.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send you your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, the purchase is non-refundable.
7. REVIEWS
Ratings and reviews play a vital role in promoting a trustworthy experience within the Doll & Dollhouse platform. We believe in maintaining a reliable review system that benefits both Buyers and Sellers.
The public review section allows buyers to rate completed and, in some cases, cancelled orders, leave written feedback, and optionally share a work sample.
Buyers' ratings, written reviews, and any shared work samples are displayed on the Seller's listed product(s). Sellers and buyers must agree on what content is permissible to post.
The option for Buyers to leave ratings and reviews is available only in these scenarios:
- When the Service has been fully completed by the Seller
All reviews are submitted for the approval from Doll & Dollhouse before being posted publicly. This is to ensure fairness and commitment to our terms, policies, and guidelines.
7.1 Important Notes
It is against Doll & Dollhouse policies to:
- Solicit reviews from Buyers in exchange for refunds, discounts, upgrades, or any other type of additional benefit
- Manipulate, pressure or ask Buyers to edit or remove feedback or a review from the platform
- Manipulate, pressure or ask Buyers to add a 5-star review or give more positive feedback than they are already willing to provide.
- Leave a review for a Seller that has not provided you with a Service yet.
Ratings and reviews are subjective and reflect an individual experience. Not all buyers can be 100% satisfied, and reaching out to past buyers to request the removal or modification of their rating or review is against Doll & Dollhouse's terms, policies, and guidelines.
To prevent any misuse of our review system, all reviews must come from legitimate and eligible orders. Purchases arranged, determined to artificially enhance Seller ratings, or to abuse the Site, may result in a permanent suspension of all related accounts.
7.2 Review FAQs
1. My order is still active. Can I add a review?
Reviews can be added once a Service has been delivered. For all Services that may be late or Sellers who may be unresponsive, please contact us directly within 30 days so that we can 1) send you a cancellation refund within the 14-day refund period, or send you a Seller no-show refund within the 30-day refund period, and 2) decide what measures to take regarding the Seller. Please see our Payment Terms for more information.
2. Can I change or cancel my review?
If you would like to change your public review, please reach out us within 30 days from the time that you left the review. We will be able to edit a review only in specific situations where the criteria are met. Keep in mind that only the buyer may request the removal of their review.
8. USER PROTECTION
Doll & Dollhouse enables people around the world share and receive support regarding the setting up of businesses and career fulfillment. Services offered on Doll & Dollhouse reflect the diversity of our community. Members of the Doll & Dollhouse community communicate and engage through Services, social media, and on any of Doll & Dollhouse's community forums.
Doll & Dollhouse maintains a friendly, community-focused, and professional environment. Users should keep to that spirit while participating in any activity or extensions of Doll & Dollhouse.

8.1 Basics
- Communication outside of the Doll & Dollhouse platform is necessary through only email and Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams. Requesting or providing any other form of contact from another user is outside the scope and/or recommendation of Doll & Dollhouse. While we highly suggest using only Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams and email as forms of communication, all users take full responsibility for communication outside of our platform.
- Doll & Dollhouse does not provide any guarantee of the level of service offered by Sellers to Buyers.
- Doll & Dollhouse does not provide protection for users who interact outside of the Site.
- Rude, abusive, or improper language, and violent or threatening messages will not be tolerated in any way and may result in an account warning or the suspension/removal of your account or involvement on our platform.
- You undertake not to discriminate against any other user based on gender, race, age, religious affiliation, sexual orientation or otherwise and you acknowledge that such discrimination may result in your suspension/removal from our platform.
- Users may not submit proposals or solicit parties introduced through Doll & Dollhouse to pay outside of Doll & Dollhouse.
8.2 Reporting Violations
If you come across any content that may violate our terms, policies, and/or guidelines, you should report it to us through email. All cases are reviewed by our team. Our decision, among others, may rely on the information that you provided to us. To protect individual privacy, the results of the investigation are not shared. You can review our Privacy Policy for more information. Any misuse of our reporting system may result in restriction or a permanent suspension and bans from our platform.
- Users may receive a warning to their account for violations of our Terms or any user misconduct reported to our team. A warning will be sent to the user's email address.
- If we have taken action against a user's account for the violation of our Terms, we will send the user an email explaining the reasons and basis for such actions. At our discretion, the Seller may or may not be allowed back onto the platform.
Non-permitted usage includes:
- Adult Services & Pornography - Doll & Dollhouse does not allow any exchange of adult oriented or pornographic materials and services.
- Inappropriate Behavior & Language - Communication on Doll & Dollhouse should be friendly, constructive, and professional. Doll & Dollhouse condemns bullying, harassment, and hate speech towards others. We allow users a medium in which to find other individuals, a to rate Services, and to engage on larger platforms such as our and Social Media pages.
- Phishing and Spam - Members’ security is a top priority. Any attempts to publish or send malicious content with the intent to compromise another member’s account or computer environment is strictly prohibited. Please respect our members privacy by not contacting them with offers, questions, suggestions or anything which is not directly related to the listed Services.
- Privacy & Identity - You may not publish or post other people's private and confidential information. Sellers further confirm that whatever information they receive from the Buyer, which is not public domain, shall not be used for any purpose whatsoever other than for the delivery of the Service to the Buyer. - Authentic Profile - You may not create a false identity on Doll & Dollhouse, misrepresent your identity, create a Doll & Dollhouse profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use another user’s account or information; Your profile information, including your description, skills, location, etc., must be accurate and complete and may not be misleading, illegal, offensive or otherwise harmful. Doll & Dollhouse reserves the right to require users to go through a verification process in order to use the Site (whether by phone number, email, etc).
- Intellectual Property Claims - Doll & Dollhouse will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement, and/or violation of third party’s terms of service. Our Intellectual Property claims procedures can be reviewed here.
- Fraud / Unlawful Use - You may not use Doll & Dollhouse for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities, including to bypass economic sanctions or trade restrictions imposed by the United States, European Union or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- Targeted Abuse - We do not tolerate users who engage in targeted abuse or harassment towards other users on Doll & Dollhouse. This includes harassing members through our Site or any third party services affiliated with our Site.
- Selling Accounts - You may not buy or sell Doll & Dollhouse accounts.
8.3 Disputes & Cancellations
As Doll & Dollhouse serves primarily as a marketplace that connects Buyers and Sellers before users arrange for communication outside of our Site, we encourage our Buyers and Sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If this is not possible, please email us at info@dollanddollhouse.com, and we will try to settle disputes at our discretion. 8.4 Content Moderation, Notices & Appeals
- Doll & Dollhouse is generally not obligated to proactively check the content posted by users for its legality or compatibility with our Terms. We are nonetheless entitled to carry out voluntary checks on our own initiative to identify and determine illegal or incompatible content and to take appropriate measures. We may take appropriate actions if we find, or are notified of, a violation of our Terms.
- If Doll & Dollhouse takes action concerning you, your account or content, you can file a complaint against this decision. You may also file a complaint if you disagree with our decision following a notice you submitted. In both cases, the deadline for submitting a complaint is six months following the notification of the respective decision to you. You may file a complaint by contacting us. Please explain in your complaint why you believe we should reverse our decision.
- We will handle complaints in a timely, non-discriminatory, diligent, and objective manner and will reverse our decision if we come to the conclusion that it has been taken erroneously.
- If you have your place of establishment or are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may select a out-of-court dispute settlement bodies that have been certified in accordance with Art. 21 (3) of the EU Digital Services Act ("Dispute Settlement Body") to resolve disputes relating to our decisions concerning content you uploaded or notices you submitted, including complaints that our internal complaint-handling system did not resolve.
- We reserve the right to refuse to cooperate with the selected Dispute Settlement Body if: (i) the respective dispute has already been resolved or is already subject to an ongoing procedure before the competent court or before another competent Dispute Settlement Body; or (ii) the six-months period from notification of our decision to you has expired without you filing a complaint through our internal complaint-handling or addressing the Dispute Settlement Body.
- The decisions of Dispute Settlement Bodies are not binding on either party.

Sellers should recognize that there might be a need for Buyers to disclose certain confidential information to be used by Sellers for the purpose of delivering the Service. And likewise, Buyers should recognize that there might be a need for Sellers to disclose certain confidential information to be used by Buyers for the purpose of fulfilling the Service. Therefore, both Sellers and Buyers agree to treat any information received from Buyers and/or Sellers as highly sensitive, top secret and classified material. Without derogating from the generality of the above, Sellers and Buyers specifically agree to (i) maintain all such information in strict confidence; (ii) not disclose the information to any third parties; (iii) not use the information for any purpose except for delivering the ordered work; and (vi) not to copy or reproduce any of the information without explicit permission.
9. USER GENERATED CONTENT
User Generated Content ("UGC") refers to the content uploaded by users as opposed to content created by the Site. Doll & Dollhouse does not proactively check UGC for appropriateness, violations of copyright, trademarks, other rights or violations and the user uploading/creating such content shall be solely responsible for it and the consequences of using, disclosing, storing, or transmitting it. By uploading to, or creating content on, the Site, you represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, consents, permissions, power and/or authority, necessary to use and/or upload such content and that such content or the use thereof in the Site does not and shall not (a) infringe or violate any intellectual property, proprietary or privacy, data protection or publicity rights of any third party; (b) violate any applicable local, state, federal and international laws, regulations and conventions; and/or (c) violate any of your or third party’s policies and/or terms of service. By offering a service, the Seller undertakes that they have sufficient permissions, rights and/or licenses to provide, sell or resell the service that is offered on Doll & Dollhouse.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIMS
10.1 Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

11. OWNERSHIP
Ownership and limitations: When purchasing a Service on Doll & Dollhouse, unless clearly stated otherwise on the Seller's product description, when the work is delivered, and subject to payment, the Buyer is subject to the Seller's copyright and infringement rules.
Users (both Buyers and Sellers) agree that unless they explicitly indicate otherwise, the content users voluntarily create/upload to Doll & Dollhouse, including texts, photos, videos, usernames, user photos, user videos and any other information, including the display of delivered work, may be used by Doll & Dollhouse for no consideration for marketing purposes and/or other purposes relevant for the operation and function of the Site.

We apply a general rule of keeping personal information only for as long as is required to perform the purpose for which it was collected. However, in some circumstances, we will retain your personal information for longer periods of time. We will retain personal information for the following purposes:
- As long as it is necessary and relevant for our operations, e.g. so that we have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges;
- In relation to personal information from closed accounts to comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce our Site terms and take other actions as permitted by law;
- To comply with statutory or other obligations to which Doll & Dollhouse is subject to; and
- If and to the extent necessary, we need it to preserve evidence within the statutes of limitation.
5. MINORS
This Site is offered and available only to users who are at least 18 years of age or older and of legal age to form a binding contract, which may be older than 18 years old depending on your country of residence.
6. SHARING INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES
We share your personal information with third parties as detailed below:
- With other users and Site visitors: Once you register, whether as a Buyer or Seller, some of your information will be made public. This information includes, but is not limited to, reviews and feedback, Submitted Content by Sellers, Seller images, Seller location, and any other information listed in each product description. Personal information, such as address and phone number, will not be made public. Email addresses will also not be made public, unless the Seller decides to publish any email addresses publicly. While our Terms require both Sellers and Buyers to keep the information shared with them confidential, Doll & Dollhouse cannot ensure that all users will do so and it is your responsibility to ensure that other users will comply with your standards;
- Users with whom you interact: All sellers have the ability to decide what is shown on their public product listings. Sellers will receive the email address of the buyer once a Service is purchased or once a message is sent to a Seller through our Site.
- With Service Providers: We may share personal information for business purposes with service providers that provide us with services for the purpose of operating the Site, opening and operating your account as well as providing ancillary services and solutions. These include, among others, hosting services, billing and payment processors and vendors, fraud detection and prevention services, CRM systems, forum hosting, community management services, data and cybersecurity services, web analytics and performance tools, translation tools, IT SaaS services, session recording, communication systems, mailing systems, data optimization and marketing services, data enrichment services, legal and financial advisors and technical consultants. Consistent with applicable legal requirements, we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to require third parties to adequately safeguard personal information and only process it in accordance with our instructions;
- Submitting a report or complaint about a user: we may share personal information about you when you submit reports or complaints about other users to allow them to protect their rights or as required by applicable laws.
- For legal reasons: We share personal information with law enforcement agencies, public authorities or other parties in order to respond to a subpoena or court order, judicial process or to regulatory authorities, if we believe we are required to do so by law, or that doing so is reasonably necessary to comply with legal processes; when we believe it necessary or appropriate to disclose personal information to law enforcement authorities, such as to investigate actual or suspected fraud or violations of law, breaches of security, or breaches of this Policy; to respond to claims against us; and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Doll & Dollhouse, our customers, or the public;
- For payments and fraud detection: We share personal information with payment processors, fraud detection agencies and similar third parties for the purpose of facilitating payments done via the Site, securing the Site and protecting it against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), claims or other liabilities;
- With social media partners: Our Site includes certain social media features, including single sign on features. We also share limited personal information with such social media platforms and marketing partners, such as Facebook and Google, to promote our services or the Doll & Dollhouse platform. Such features and third party services collect certain information about you and may set a cookie to enable their functionality. Such third parties’ features are governed by their policies;
- With our corporate affiliates: We may share personal information with any Doll & Dollhouse corporate affiliates for business and operational purposes, including for the purpose of operating our and our affiliates’ business, providing supplemental services to you, preventing fraud and maintaining safe and secure services, promoting our and our affiliates’ services and for other purposes listed herein; and
- In the context of a corporate transaction: Personal information will also be disclosed if we go through a business transition such as a merger, sale, transfer of all or a portion of Doll & Dollhouse's assets, acquisition, bankruptcy or similar event. In the event that we sell any business or assets, we will disclose your data to the prospective buyer. If we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, information held by us about our users will be one of the transferred assets.
7. WHERE WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Some of the personal information you provide to us will be stored or processed on our behalf by third party suppliers and data processors and may be located in other jurisdictions, whose laws may differ from the jurisdiction in which you live. All interactions and Services between Sellers and Buyers are conducted outside of the Doll & Dollhouse platform. Please note that the Site also contains links to third party sites and if you navigate to a third party site from the Site, any data you provide to that site and any use of that data by the third party are not under the control of Doll & Dollhouse and are not subject to this Policy. You should consult the privacy policies of each site you visit. This Policy applies solely to personal information collected by our Site. If you upload content, including personal information, to a social network and then tag the Site, your submission will be subject to that social network's terms of use and privacy policy, even where you post on an official Doll & Dollhouse page on the social network. We do not have control over these terms of use and privacy policies and have not reviewed their adequacy. You should therefore review these before submitting any personal information.
10. SECURITY
We implement technical and organizational measures in order to maintain the security of the Site, our services and personal information and in preventing unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, destruction or damage to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures. Among other things, we regularly maintain a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification (with respect to payment by credit cards), as required. In addition, we contractually ensure that any third party processing your personal information equally provides for confidentiality and integrity of your data in a secure way. However, the transmission of data via the internet is not completely secure, and although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Site. 11. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR EU, EEA, AND UK USERS

- Where you have provided your personal information to us with your consent, to ask us for a copy of this data in a structured, machine-readable format and to ask us to share (port) this data to another data controller; or

Under certain circumstances, you may have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data by us and we may be required to no longer process your personal data. Moreover, if your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing. In this case your personal data will no longer be processed for such purposes by us.
In addition to the above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority for data protection. Please note that the right of access and the right to erasure do not constitute absolute rights and the interests of other individuals may restrict your right of access or erase in accordance with local laws.
We will ask you for additional data to confirm your identity and for security purposes, before disclosing data requested by you. We reserve the right to charge a fee where permitted by law. We will decline to process requests that jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or would cause us to take any action that is not permissible under applicable laws. Additionally, as permitted by applicable laws, we will retain where necessary certain personal information for a limited period of time for record-keeping, accounting and fraud prevention purposes.
12. SPECIFIC PROVISIONS USA USERS
This section of the Policy applies to you, if you are a USA resident, depending on where you live and subject to certain exceptions.
During the last twelve (12) months we have collected the following categories of personal information from users:
- Information that you chose to upload or otherwise provided by you to Doll & Dollhouse, which may include but is not limited to: (i) Identifiers and personal information, (ii) characteristics of protected classifications, such as gender; images, (iii) professional or employment-related information;
- Information we collect when you use Doll & Dollhouse, which includes but is not limited to identifiers and personal information, internet protocol (IP) addresses, access device and connection information, commercial information, Internet or other electronic network activity information, and Location information;
- Information that we collect or receive from third parties and third-party accounts you link with Doll & Dollhouse, including but not limited toi dentifiers and personal information, professional or employment-related information, internet or other electronic network activity information, commercial information, and location information;
- Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a profile about you.
We may disclose the above listed categories of personal information to third parties for business purposes, as described in these Terms. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have disclosed all the categories of personal information detailed above for business purposes.
While we do not sell or share your personal information for monetary compensation, we may share your personal information with our marketing partners, to tailor and personalize Doll & Dollhouse's offers, ads, and content to suit your preferences while you're browsing other sites. This process may constitute selling or sharing of personal information under certain US state privacy laws. You can ask us not to use or disclose your personal information for such targeted advertising.
You are entitled to the following rights subject to certain exceptions, in relation to personal information related to you:
- You have a right to request access to the personal information we have collected about you over the past 12 months, including: (i) the categories of personal information we collect about you; (ii) the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected; (iii) the business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information; (iv) the categories of third parties with whom we have shared your personal information; (v) the specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you.
- You have a right to request that we delete personal information related to you that we collected from you under certain circumstances and exceptions.

- You have a right to opt out of selling your personal information.

- You also have a right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
We may verify your request using the information associated with your account, including email address. Government identification may also be required.
13. UPDATING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We take steps to ensure that the personal information we collect is accurate and up to date, and we provide you with the opportunity to update your information through your account profile settings. In the event that you believe your information is in any way incorrect or inaccurate, please let us know immediately. We will make sure we investigate the matter and correct any inaccuracies as quickly as possible where necessary or give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it - unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your personal information, we will ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request. If for any reason you have a problem with deleting your personal information, please contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to delete any such information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws.
If you delete your User Generated Content (“UGC”) from the Site, copies of your UGC may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Site users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Site, including UGC, is governed by Terms.

The following terms (these“Payment Terms”) govern payments you make or receive through www.dollanddollhouse.com (the“Site”), operated by Doll & Dollhouse, referred hereto as "Doll & Dollhouse," "we" "our", or "us." "You" or "user" means you as a user of the Site. " "Buyer" refers to any customer of the site who creates an account with us and purchases services on our site. "Site Visitor" refers to a browser of our site that has not created an account with us. "Seller" refers to any seller or vendor of a service on our site. All of our information on this Terms, Policies, and Guidelines page can be collectively referred to as "Terms."
Please read these Payment Terms carefully before making or receiving payments through the Site. By making or receiving payments through the Site, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Payment Terms.
1. OVERVIEW
1.1 General Purchasing Process
- The Buyer purchases a product from the Seller.
- The Buyer is given 14 days since purchasing date to request a cancellation. After 14 days has passed, cancellation requests are not allowed.
- The Seller is given 30 days since purchasing date to complete the service. If the service has not been completed within 30 days, the Buyer may request a Seller no-show refund. After 30 days have passed since purchasing date, refunds of any kind are no longer allowed.
- All funds sent to us by Buyers are held in escrow until the service has been marked "Complete" by Sellers. Once marked completed, Buyers are given 3 days since completion notification to contest. After 3 days, funds are released to the Seller.
1.2 Time Zones & Dates
In any or all circumstances dependent on time and dates (such as refund periods, payment periods, etc.), the standard time zone of Doll & Dollhouse follows that of Delaware, United States.
1.3 Payment Within Doll & Dollhouse
Buyers and Sellers are not permitted to facilitate payments outside of Doll & Dollhouse, except for in the case of post-30-day refunds to Buyers (see Section 2.4). Doing so may result in permanent suspension of any users involved.
2. MAKING PAYMENTS (BUYERS)
2.1 General Process for Buyers
- The Buyer creates a Customer account on our Site.
- The Buyer pays for a Seller's product (service) through our Site.
- Please note that the Buyer is responsible for paying any and all sales taxes.
- The Buyer receives the service within 30 days of purchasing.
- The Buyer may leave a review for the Seller on our Site.
2.2 Collection Agent
Doll & Dollhouse serves as Seller's limited authorized payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting payments (via its Payment Services Provider, if applicable) from Buyer, and remitting those payments to Seller. Buyer’s payment obligation to Seller will be satisfied upon receipt of payment by Doll & Dollhouse (or its Payment Services Provider, as applicable), and Doll & Dollhouse (via its Payment Service Provider, as applicable) is responsible for remitting the funds to the Seller in the manner described in these Payment Terms. In the event that Doll & Dollhouse (via Payment Services Provider) does not remit any such amounts to Seller, the Seller will have recourse only against Doll & Dollhouse and not the Buyer directly.
2.3 Payment Method & Refunds
- Our platform offers a large range of payment methods.
- For all refunds, the funds will return to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- For physical products, Buyers are not allowed a cancellation refund.
- For services by Sellers, Buyers are allowed a period of 14 days to request a refund. AFTER 14 DAYS HAVE PASSED, CANCELLATION REFUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Buyers can notify us if Sellers have not contacted Buyers within 14 days of purchase.
- For all no-show services, Buyer are allowed a period of 30 days to request a refund. AFTER 30 DAYS HAVE PASSED, REFUNDS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT ALLOWED. If both Buyer and Seller agree to conduct services towards the end of the 30-day period, Doll & Dollhouse cannot be held responsible for no-show services after 30 days have passed.
- You may not offer Sellers to pay, or make payment using any method other than through our Site, except for in the case of post-30-day refunds (see Section 2.4). In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, report it immediately to info@dollanddollhouse.com.
- You agree to receive invoices and/or payment receipts from Doll & Dollhouse in electronic form, such as by email.
2.4 Post-30-Day Refunds
There may be instances in which a Seller voluntarily consents to a full or partial refund for the Buyer after 30 days have passed since purchasing date. As Doll & Dollhouse only helps to facilitate payments within 30 days of purchase, all refund transactions outside of the 30-day window can be handled between the Buyer and Seller. This is the only instance in which the Buyer and Seller are permitted to facilitate payments outside of our platform. The following apply to any or all Post-30-day refunds:
- The Seller voluntarily consents to give a refund.
- The Buyer voluntarily consents to receive a refund.
- The Seller may give a refund of any amount, if they choose to do so at all.
- All refunds of this nature are purely between the Buyer and Seller, and do not involve Doll & Dollhouse in any way.
We recommend that both Buyers and Sellers use their discretion when giving their personal or financial information to others.
2.5 Authorized Transactions
- To protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), claims, or other liabilities, payment information in connection with withdrawals is collected by either Doll & Dollhouse or Doll & Dollhouse's Payment Services Provider(s). Payment Services Providers may also collect such other information as necessary for the purpose of processing withdrawal payments. Doll & Dollhouse is not exposed to the payment information provided to Payment Services Providers, and this information is subject to the privacy policy applicable to the Payment Service Provider.
- By using any payment method and/or providing payment details for making purchases on Doll & Dollhouse, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are legally authorized to provide such information; (b) you are legally authorized or have permission to make payments using the payment method(s); (c) if you are an employee or agent of a company or person that owns the payment method, you are authorized by that company or person to use the payment method to make payments on Doll & Dollhouse; and (d) such actions do not violate any applicable law.
2.6 Currency & Exchange Rates
- All prices on Doll & Dollhouse are derived always from their original US$ price and, therefore, non-US$ currency prices may change daily in accordance with exchange rate fluctuations and may also include conversion fees. Buyers always have the option to pay in US$ by changing their currency.
- If you paid for an Order in a currency other than USD and your Order was later canceled for any reason, the amount refunded to you would be based on the exchange rate as of the time of the refund. Therefore, the returned amount may vary from the paid amount in local currency terms, while always maintaining the same USD value.
3. RECEIVING PAYMENTS (SELLERS)
3.1 General Process for Sellers
- The Seller creates a Vendor Dashboard account.
- The Seller is notified of a purchase of their service(s) by a Buyer.
- The Seller is given 14 days to initiate contact with the Buyer, before the Buyer cancellation refund period ends.
- The Seller is given 30 days to fulfill the purchased service for the Buyer.
- Doll & Dollhouse holds the funds from the Buyer in escrow until the after service has been marked "Completed" on the Vendor Dashboard. We give the Buyer 3 days since the service has been marked "Completed" to contest. After 3 days have passed, we release the appropriate funds to the Seller.
3.2 Payment Method
- Through the Vendor Dashboard, Sellers will provide their PayPal accounts in order to receive payments.
- The time it takes to receive payments is usually instant but can vary based on a few factors, such as holidays, weekends, or any verification or security checks required by PayPal.
3.3 Currency & Exchange Rates
- All payments are facilitated in United States Dollars (USD).
- Once the Seller has received the funds in their PayPal account, they may convert the amount to their local currency based on the exchange rate of the date that the funds are available in their PayPal account.
- Sellers have the option to withdraw in USD currency.
- Please note that PayPal's exchange rate and any applicable fees will apply at the time of conversion.
3.4 Commission & Fees
- Doll & Dollhouse takes 20% commission of each purchase. For example, if your product (service) is priced at $100, our platform will take $20.
- The commission is deducted from the total amount paid by the Buyer before the remaining funds are released to the Seller.
- Sellers are responsible for any PayPal fees associated with receiving payments. It is important to consider these fees when determining service prices.
3.5 Taxes
Sellers are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including any GST, VAT or income tax, which may apply to them depending on residency, location or otherwise, under provisions of their jurisdiction. Sellers represent and warrant that they comply, and will comply at all times, with their obligations under income tax provisions in their jurisdiction.
3.6 Collection Agent
Seller hereby appoints Doll & Dollhouse as Seller’s limited authorized payment collection agent solely for the purpose of accepting payments (via its Payment Services Provider, such as PayPal) from Buyer, and remitting those payments to Seller. Seller agrees that payment from Buyer to Doll & Dollhouse shall be considered the same as a made directly to Seller. Buyer’s payment obligation to Seller will be satisfied upon receipt of payment by Doll & Dollhouse (or its Payment Services Provider, as applicable), and Doll & Dollhouse (via its Payment Services Provider, as applicable) is responsible for remitting the funds to the Seller in the manner described in these Payment Terms. In the event that Doll & Dollhouse (via Payment Services Provider) does not remit any such amounts to Seller, the Seller will have recourse only against Doll & Dollhouse and not the Buyer directly. Seller agrees that Doll & Dollhouse may describe or otherwise reflect the terms contained herein in any terms of service, receipts, disclosures, or notices including, but not limited to, receipts provided to Buyers that Doll & Dollhouse may deem necessary or prudent.
Doll & Dollhouse partners with Payment Services Providers for purposes of collecting payments from Buyers, transferring such payments from Buyers to Sellers, and holding funds. All payments services in connection with the withdrawal of funds on the Doll & Dollhouse platform are performed by Payment Services Providers in connection to Doll & Dollhouse, such as PayPal.
3.7 Withdrawing Funds
- To withdraw your revenue, you must have an account with PayPal, the designated Payment Service Provider for Doll & Dollhouse. All funds eligible for Withdrawal will be held on your behalf at an account with PayPal. All payment services, including withdrawal services, will be provided by PayPal.
- Your Doll & Dollhouse Vendor Dashboard account can be associated with only one PayPal account. A PayPal account can be associated with only one Doll & Dollhouse Vendor Dashboard account.
- For security concerns, Doll & Dollhouse may temporarily disable a Seller’s ability to withdraw revenue to prevent fraudulent or illicit activity. This may come as a result of security issues, improper behavior reported by other users, or associating multiple Doll & Dollhouse accounts to a single withdrawal provider.
- Withdrawals can only be made in the amount available to you.
- Withdrawal fees vary depending on the withdrawal method and are defined by PayPal.
- Sellers will receive their funds from our platform in USD($) value and, therefore, the local currency amount of your funds may change daily in accordance with exchange rate fluctuations and also includes conversion fees. Sellers have the option to withdraw funds in USD.
- Sellers will be able to withdraw their revenues from disabled accounts after a safety period of 90 days following full verification of ownership of the account in question, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to Doll & Dollhouse's approval.

4. TAXES
- Doll & Dollhouse may be required by applicable laws to charge users with indirect taxes (such as Sales Tax, VAT or GST) or to withhold taxes. Any amount Doll & Dollhouse will be required to collect will be in addition to the purchase amount and any other fees payable by the Buyer, and any amount Doll & Dollhouse will be required to withhold will be deducted from the Seller’s revenue, as required by applicable laws.
- Indirect taxes are in addition to the price shown on the site, and in any event, any such taxes will always be displayed to the Buyer before payment.
- Users are fully responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including any GST, VAT, or income tax, which may apply to them depending on residency, location or otherwise, under provisions of their jurisdiction.
5. DISPUTES & CANCELLATIONS
We encourage our Buyers and Sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, users can contact our platform at info@dollanddollhouse.com.
5.1 Basics
- Order cancellations can be performed on Doll & Dollhouse, when eligible, by Doll & Dollhouse.
- Filing a transaction dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or your bank, after an Order is accepted and delivered, is a violation of these Payment Terms. Doing so may get your account temporarily or permanently disabled. Note: Once you have filed a dispute with your payment provider, the funds will be ineligible for a refund due to our obligations towards the payment provider.
- In the event that you encounter an issue related to the service provided in an order, you are encouraged to contact us. Please keep in mind that after 14 days, cancellation refunds are no longer permitted. After 30 days, refunds of any kind are no longer permitted.
- Doll & Dollhouse, through its Payment Services Provider, reserves the right to cancel orders or place funds on hold for any suspected fraudulent transactions made on the Site.
- All transfer and assignment of intellectual property to the Buyer shall be subject to full payment and the delivery may not be used if payment is canceled for any reason.
- If an order is canceled (for any reason), the funds paid will be returned to the Buyer's original payment method.
5.2 Order Cancellations
- Doll & Dollhouse encourages Buyers and Sellers to resolve service disputes mutually.
- Please be advised that orders cannot be partially canceled (i.e. we can only cancel the entire order when it is justified).
- For physical products, cancellations are not permitted.
- In very rare circumstances, up to our full discretion where we find it appropriate, our team may give a refund even after 30 days have passed from its completion. In such cases, the amounts paid for the canceled order will be returned to the Buyer’s original payment method.
- Orders are not eligible to be canceled based on the quality of service/materials delivered by the Seller. You may leave a review of your experience with the Seller, including the overall level of service quality received, once the service has been completed.
5.3 Refunds
- Doll & Dollhouse refunds eligible payments back to your original payment method.
- As listed throughout these Payment Terms, Buyers are given 14 days for a cancellation refund (on non-physical products only) and 30 days for a no-show refund, after which refunds of any kind are no longer permitted. However, Sellers may offer, under full voluntary will, a partial or full refund with respect to a specific order to the Buyer after our 30-day refund period. Please see Section 2.4 for more information.
6. GENERAL
6.1 Modifications
- Doll & Dollhouse may make changes to these Payment Terms from time to time. When these changes are made, Doll & Dollhouse will make a new copy of the terms available on this page.
- You understand and agree that if you use Doll & Dollhouse after the date on which the Payment Terms have changed, Doll & Dollhouse will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Payment Terms. If you do not agree to the changes of the Terms, you will have to deactivate any of your accounts associated with our platform.
- Doll & Dollhouse may change these Terms due to changes in the Site, the Site's policies, the services and in the usual course of developing our product and services, changes in any relevant feature or functionality of the Site, changes in circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to adapt to new technologies, and to address changes in law and regulatory requirements as well as security and fraud issues.
6.2 Disclaimer of Warranties
YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SITE, ITS CONTENT AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, PROVIDED THAT WE HAVE ACTED WITH REASONABLE PROFESSIONAL DILIGENCE. NEITHER DOLL & DOLLHOUSE NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH DOLL & DOLLHOUSE MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
The term “Affiliate” referred to herein, is an entity that, directly or indirectly, controls, or is under the control of, or is under common control with Doll & Dollhouse, where control means having more than fifty percent (50%) voting stock or other ownership interest or the majority of voting rights of such entity.

This Community & Safety guideline governs your access to and use of the Doll & Dollhouse website and any affiliate platforms, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.dollanddollhouse.com (the "Site"), referred hereto as "Doll & Dollhouse," "we", "our", or "us." "You" or "user" means you as a user of the Site. " "Buyer" refers to any customer of the site who creates an account with us and purchases services on our site. "Site Visitor" refers to a browser of our site that has not created an account with us. "Seller" refers to any seller or vendor of a service on our site. All of our information on this Terms, Policies, and Guidelines page can be collectively referred to as "Terms."
As a platform that aims to bring a community of diverse individuals together the purpose of career fulfillment and freedom, our goal is to cultivate a safe and nurturing environment for all of our users.
Following these guidelines is imperative to creating that space for our community.
1. AUTHENTICITY, INTEGRITY, & BEHAVIOR
1.1 Accounts
Buyers may only have one account. Creating multiple accounts on Doll & Dollhouse can be misleading to other users and is considered a manipulation of our system. Any violation of this policy can lead to permanent suspension of the account(s) involved in this activity. Sellers may list as many products as they'd like on our platform, granted they are accepted and qualify.
It is prohibited to open multiple accounts on Doll & Dollhouse in order to (including but not limited to):
- Gain a competitive advantage
- Harass/mislead other users through messaging and/or ordering systems
- Engage in any fraudulent activity
- Abuse the Doll & Dollhouse platform
- Bypass a restriction—or permanent suspension—of a previous account
- Violate Doll & Dollhouse's Terms in any other way and/or manipulate the system
Do not share your authentic credentials (personal email, payment information, phone number) that could be used to create multiple accounts on your behalf.
1.2 Fake Identity
We do not allow any Users to pose as another person or entity in a misleading manner.
It is prohibited to:
- Use a fake name, gender, photo, or any fictional or false biographical details;
- Present a fake document(s) if asked to verify your identity;
- Use AI-generated imagery/video to become involved with Doll & Dollhouse in any way, with the purpose of impersonating another person—or misrepresenting yourself;
- Impersonate other people that deliberately misrepresents your identity, with the intention to mislead or deceive others;
- Use automated programs and tools to misrepresent your actual location;
- Become involved with Doll & Dollhouse with your personal information/credentials for anyone other than yourself.
Do not share your authentic credentials (personal email, payment information, phone number) that could be used to create fake accounts on your behalf. Doll & Dollhouse reserves the right to permanently ban or suspend individuals that violate these terms.
1.3 Misrepresentation
Misrepresentation is defined as fraudulent, negligent, or innocent misstatements, or an incomplete statement of a material fact.
It is prohibited to:
- Write any type of misleading content in your product description;
- Copy Service / product descriptions and/or other content from another User;
- Raise the price of your Service in personal messages before or after purchase. Bait-and-switch marketing is not permitted
- Have someone else represent you in your Service or post content you do not have the right to use anywhere on our Site.
1.4 Spam
We define spam on Doll & Dollhouse as a messaging activity that is unwanted, repeatedly occurring, and disruptive to the recipient’s experience. Spam can take many forms ranging from unwanted offers to commercially-motivated solicitations that aim to drive traffic or attention to websites, products, and services outside of Doll & Dollhouse.
Do not:
- Abuse our communication tools to send unsolicited or deceptive messages;
- Distribute malware, phishing, or other potentially harmful content through Doll & Dollhouse communication tools;
- Use any artificial tools and/or automated processes (through software, scripts, bots, or any other means) to send mass messages;
- Contact Doll & Dollhouse users with offers, questions, suggestions, or anything unrelated your Services, their requests, or orders;
- Ask other users to guide you on how to get listed on Doll & Dollhouse through Doll & Dollhouse communication tools;
Not only does this activity undermine the integrity of our platform, it also violates the privacy of our members and is potentially harmful. If you encounter spam, please report it by contacting us.
1.5 Feedback Manipulation
Reviews provided by Buyers are an important part of Doll & Dollhouse's quality control system. They convey the quality of services provided by sellers, their professional skills and experience, and overall Buyer satisfaction. Therefore, it is important that reviews be authentic and reliable to maintain a trusted and credible platform.
Do not:
- Manipulate the review system in any way to represent deceitful information about the Seller and/or their service, either as a Buyer or a Seller;
- Purposely provide deceitful, unsolicited feedback;
- Purchase or sell a service with the sole intent to falsely change ratings and/or levels;
- Pressure a Buyer to add a 5-star review or give more positive feedback than they are already willing to provide;
- Withhold the delivery of service or any information required to complete the service with the intent to gain favorable reviews;
- Pressure a seller to deliver free extras or make changes not included in the ordered service by threatening to leave negative feedback.
Any attempt to manipulate reviews is prohibited and may result in a permanent suspension of all related accounts. This includes either direct or indirect manipulation of feedback by contributing false, misleading, or inauthentic content, placing orders determined to have been arranged or strategically placed to artificially boost seller ratings, or by abusing the platform by making purchases from multiple accounts.
Should you suspect feedback manipulation or any other violations of these policies, please report it by contacting us through email.
1.6 Reporting Abuse
Here at Doll & Dollhouse, we value each and every one of our community members and aim to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for everyone. We encourage you to report any suspicious or fraudulent activity to the best of your abilities.
However, we ask you not to misuse the reporting system in ways that result in unfounded complaints.
Do not:
- Abuse Doll & Dollhouse through complaints to team and/or appeals processes by making groundless, targeted, litigious, or frivolous reports;
- Send multiple reports on the same issue without allowing for a response from our team.
We reserve the right to withdraw multiple invalid reports and flag accounts involved in such activity.
1.7 Manipulation
Any improper behavior aiming to manipulate Doll & Dollhouse's platform or systems does not align with Doll & Dollhouse values and harms the entire Doll & Dollhouse community. To create a fair and respectable platform, we ask that you do not attempt to subvert our policies which have been put in place to protect platform and marketplace trust and quality.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Excessive cancellations practice
- Delivering low-quality or incomplete services
- Sending multiple requests on the same issue without allowing for a response from our team.
2. ILLEGAL & PROHIBITED MATERIAL
Please note that examples included below are not an exhaustive list. We may update what is considered an illegal or prohibited service from time to time. We may also take action in response to a violation of the intent of this policy—if we encounter a new threat or harm that is not explicitly outlined below.
We require our users to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. Users may not offer or request services related to illegal activity, or ones that promote, approve, or enable any unlawful behavior. Doll & Dollhouse reserves the right to permanently ban individuals involved in violation of this policy.
To protect our community, Doll & Dollhouse is committed to enforce its policies against any illegal activity and behavior on the platform. Please note that Doll & Dollhouse reserves the right to report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.
2.1 Services with the Potential to Cause Harm to Users
In order to protect the Doll & Dollhouse community, we do not allow any services or activities which could intentionally or unintentionally harm our users, other individuals, property, or animals. This includes both physical harm, significant risk of societal harm, endangerment of individuals’ rights and freedoms, etc.
As all Services are provided outside of the Doll & Dollhouse platform, we are not liability for any conduct or behavior. So please use your discretion when connecting with Sellers or Buyers, as you take full responsibility for all interactions.
Do not offer, agree to provide, or ask for services that are meant to cause harm, including but not limited to:
- Promoting prohibited or potentially dangerous goods (firearms, ammunition, drugs, and controlled substances), or encouraging others to make, use, or trade these goods;
- Any level of sexual exploitation, abuse, or human trafficking;
- Providing fake or misleading documents, including the creation of—or any kind of modification to—official documents such as IDs, passports, driver’s licenses, bank statements, death or birth certificates, etc;
- Content which is related to glorification and/or incitement to violence, or any other criminal and harmful behavior towards an individual, group, or animals;
- The intention to create or promote the spread of fake news and disinformation;
- Providing licensed professional services without the required certifications and/or qualifications, ex. legal counsel, financial or tax advice, etc;
- Attempts to hack or crack any system (accounts, profiles, networks, etc.) with the intent to obtain unauthorized access to sensitive personal and/or financial information of individuals, entities, or governmental institutions;
- Creating or contributing to any information security hazard for individuals, entities, governmental institutions (DDOS attacks, doxxing, impersonation, distribution of malware, phishing and other hacking techniques, etc.)
Do not offer, agree to provide, or ask for the services that require getting access to other user’s sensitive financial information, such as:
- Opening, managing, or implementing changes to a financial account of any kind;
- Providing a loan, buying or selling currency or cryptocurrency, or trading binary options, or any other financial instruments;
- Mining cryptocurrency;
- Removing negative remarks from the credit score or credit history of a person, entity, or government institution, or any other credit repair related services;
- Trading signals, indicators, or pre-made trading strategies.
2.2 Services That Infringe Third Party's Terms of Services
A third party is a company or a person, other than Doll & Dollhouse, that is indirectly involved in the services you offer or request. As a valued member of the Doll & Dollhouse community, we ask you to respect the broader Internet community and follow the terms of service (TOS) of other platforms and companies.
Do not offer, agree to provide, or ask for services that violate or might potentially violate a third party’s terms of service.
Before becoming involved with Doll & Dollhouse in any way, we encourage all Users to review the terms of service of any third party involved in the Service. And we encourage Buyers to avoid requesting services or ordering from Sellers that could be in violation of a third party’s terms of service, while encouraging Sellers to avoid selling Services that could be in violation of a third party’s terms of service. Doll & Dollhouse reserves the right to take relevant actions against users who infringe the terms of service of any third party.
2.3 Services That Violate Intellectual Property Rights
In accordance with various laws—and our commitment to protect the work of our creative community, Doll & Dollhouse does not permit any service that violates the intellectual property (IP) rights of individuals and/or businesses, and will take measures against those who provide or request such services, and so help to protect our creative community.
2.4 Misleading or Deceptive Services
To protect our community from any form of fraudulent activity, Doll & Dollhouse prohibits services which are intended to mislead, manipulate, or deliver deceiving or inauthentic content.
Do not offer, agree to provide, or ask for any services intended to mislead or deceive others, including:
- Deepfakes: Any video, photo, or audio recording that has been substantially modified by altering its sequence or composition, or by modifying the original audio in a way that fundamentally changes the original media’s understanding, meaning, or context (including those created with the help of generative AI tools and programs). Due to the high risk of spreading misinformation, non-consensual content, and illegal activity through deepfake techniques, Doll & Dollhouse does not allow any creation of deepfakes on the platform.
- Fake reviews: Any (positive, neutral, or negative) review—written, video, or otherwise—that is not an honest and impartial opinion or that does not reflect a genuine experience of a product, service, or business. Users involved in violation of this policy will be banned from the platform.
- Fake engagement or traffic: Any forms of artificial engagement through bots, click farms, or other illegitimate techniques intended to increase followers, views, likes, fans, or traffic. Such techniques are in direct violation of third parties’ terms of service and practices, and undermine the integrity and confidence of our platform.
- Promising benefits that may not be achieved: Any promise of financial or personal outcomes which are not in a Seller’s control, including any unreasonable or overstated claims of what a Buyer may achieve by acquiring a seller’s services.
This includes but is not limited to guarantees or promises related to:
- Restoring buyer’s access to online accounts (ex. Amazon, Facebook, eBay, etc.);
- Specific monetary earnings or specific profit/return rate on an investment;
- Wins, higher levels, in-game currency, or profits in any game or app;
- Results related to healing or treating medical issues or promises of mind control.
Do not offer, agree to provide, or ask for services that create, promote, or distribute misinformation or fake news, including political content.
2.5 Services that Involve Sharing Personal Information of Third Parties
Do not offer, agree to provide, or ask for any services that breach third-party rights and lead to spamming individuals, such as:
- Premade lists containing personal data of individuals
- Scraping social media platforms to obtain information about others
- Any service that shares confidential personal information unrelated to career or business development, ex. social security numbers, identification cards, credit cards, physical addresses, etc.
2.6 Medical Services
Though we may feature medical-related Sellers, Doll & Dollhouse does not allow services that are meant to provide any medical treatment, personal medical advice, or medical or pharmaceutical supplies. This refers to both the physical and mental health of the users.
Do not offer, agree to provide, or ask for any medical-related services, such as, but not limited to:
- Any personal medical treatment, advice on a personal medical condition, or personal pharmaceutical advice;
- Any kind of medical drugs or pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, or pharmaceutical supply for non-career-related purposes;
- Providing documentation or other evidence meant to fraudulently deceive others about one’s medical status, ex. fraudulent test results, etc;
- Offering to heal, prevent or treat cancer, diabetes, eating disorders, depression, COVID-19, any other disease or medical condition, including emotional therapy;
2.7 Services Outside of Doll & Dollhouse
Doll & Dollhouse reflects rapid changes happening in the digital environment. We are continually working to make sure our platform provides services that are currently in demand. To this end, we might—from time to time—restructure our platform and Services and cease to offer certain Services. If you are providing one of the discontinued services, we will let you know if your Service has been removed. This can be a good opportunity to refresh your offerings and provide services that Buyers are looking for.
2.8 Election Interference
Election interference is defined as any attempt to interfere with the voting process or to destabilize and undermine public faith in free and fair elections.
Do not:
- Offer, agree to provide, or ask for services interfering with elections or other democratic processes;
- Share misleading information about procedures in election processes;
- Incite the disruption, destruction of procedures and/or election infrastructure, or promote violent behavior and threats;
- Create fake accounts or bots to misrepresent an affiliation—or share content that falsely represents an affiliation—to a candidate, elected official, political party, or government entity;
- Use generative AI tools and/or programs to create or promote content which—in any of the above forms—is intended to undermine an election or other democratic process.
3. INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT & USER SAFETY
Doll & Dollhouse aims to facilitate the meeting between Buyers and Sellers. Interactions and Services take place outside the platform, to which Doll & Dollhouse has no control or liability over. However, to ensure a standard of safety and professionalism on our platform, we recommend that the User, whether a Buyer or Seller, takes heavy precaution against inappropriate behavior and content.
Even if inappropriate behavior or content takes place outside of our platform, we reserve all rights, at our sole discretion, to allow or ban any User from our Site.
3.1 Sexual Gratification
Regarding sexual gratification, do not post, offer or ask for:
- Nude or adult related images, or videos
- Sex or sexual partners
- Sex chats or conversation
- Nonconsensual images, including sextortion
- Child/or child-like sex
- Sexual violence or denigration
- Sexually charged modeling
- The execution of fetish scenarios
- Content that depicts explicit sexual activity, unless the conditions for “documentary exception,” as listed below, exist
Doll & Dollhouse will act quickly remove the User from our Site.
Exception: Doll & Dollhouse may allow nudity when the primary purpose is educational, scientific, or artistic, and it isn't gratuitous. For example, a video edit ordered by a midwife depicting proper breastfeeding technique would be appropriate, while creating a video with clips from the same film but used out of context for the purpose of sexual gratification, would not. Out-of-context nudity from indigenous communities, protests, medical procedures, childbirth, artistic performances, breastfeeding or like, may not meet our exception.
3.2 Hate Speech & Discrimination
Doll & Dollhouse defines hate speech as content which is intended to incite violence or hatred against a person or group of people, based on their real or perceived characteristics, which may include race, skin color, ethnicity, sexual identity, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, or disability.
Hate speech may also appear in the form of threatening, derogatory, and dehumanizing language, usage of ethnic or racial slurs, or as content that glorifies or supports hateful narratives and behavior.
Doll & Dollhouse is committed to moving quickly and decisively to investigate conduct that has been flagged and/or reported to us as hate speech, and will respond in a manner that is consistent with both our Terms and the values of the company. We take hate speech violations very seriously, and may exercise broad discretion when taking action against any users or content that violate this policy.
Do not:
- Use violent and/or dehumanizing speech against a person or group of people based on their real or perceived race, ethnicity, skin color, sexual identity, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, or disability;
- Use ethnic or racial slurs;
- Use hate speech towards another User(s), group of people, Doll & Dollhouse's team or representatives, or Doll & Dollhouse as a company;
- Offer, agree to provide, or ask for content related to hate speech;
- Express support or glorify hate groups, their members, their actions, or any of their shared ideologies;
- Upload or share any content on the Doll & Dollhouse platform that depicts hate imagery, including hate symbols related to these groups like swastikas, hand symbols, or numbers known to reference hateful or discriminatory ideologies.
We do allow Users to offer or ask for related content that is intended to contribute to:
- The research or raise awareness of hate speech;
- The prevention of hate speech practices.
Doll & Dollhouse considers any unfair or unequal treatment of a person or group of people based on real or perceived characteristics, such as race, skin color, ethnicity, sexual identity, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, or disability, to be discrimination.
Similarly, if individual traits or characteristics unrelated to the service influence preferential treatment that potentially deprives others of opportunities on the platform, this preference could also be seen as discriminatory.
Do not:
- Express unwillingness to interact and/or work with a person or a group of people based on real or perceived characteristics, such as race, skin color, ethnicity, sexual identity, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, or disability
- Offer, agree to provide, or ask for any content that expresses or supports discriminatory ideas, groups who espouse these ideas, members of such groups, or any actions which share and glorify such ideologies.
Should you encounter behavior or content that appears to violate this policy, please report it. Doll & Dollhouse will investigate claims of discrimination on a case-by-case basis, and Users involved in violation of this policy might be permanently suspended.
3.3 Harassment & Abusive Conduct
Doll & Dollhouse prohibits any and all behavior and/or communication on the platform that is inappropriate and could be considered harassment. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Bullying
- Sexual advances
- Offensive comments/conduct
- Discrimination based on real or perceived characteristics, including race, skin color, ethnicity, sexual identity, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, or disability
When communicating on Doll & Dollhouse, do not:
- Solicit any sexual interaction
- Ask inappropriate personal questions
- Make sexual advances or sexual innuendos
- Use profane, lewd, or derogatory terms
- Use offensive or culturally inappropriate/insensitive language
- Distribute harassing or disturbing materials
Additionally, Sellers and Buyers are strictly prohibited from disclosing other Buyers' or Sellers' data, icluding any personal data, to third parties (unless agreed otherwise with the buyer). Any breach of confidentiality or privacy may lead to the ban of Users on our platform.
3.4 Self Harm & Suicide
At Doll & Dollhouse, we care deeply about the safety of our community. To that end, users should not offer, agree to provide, or ask for any content that portrays, glorifies, or promotes suicide and/or other acts of self-harm, including eating disorders.
If someone you're communicating with expresses suicidal thoughts or is engaging in any form of self-harm, we encourage you to contact local authorities immediately.
If you are going through an emotionally-challenging time or struggling with thoughts of suicide or self-harm, we urge you to seek immediate assistance.
4. VIOLENCE
Prioritizing the safety of our community means taking all threats of violence seriously. This includes proactively mitigating any potential risk of harm to our community or those outside the platform. Incitement means encouraging or asking other people to engage in unlawful conduct. Be aware that inciting others to commit a crime may be a crime in itself, regardless of the outcome of the request. Other unlawful behaviors include the glorification of violence, which is often demonstrated through celebration, or praising/condoning violence. All of these actions are strictly prohibited on Doll & Dollhouse.
Do not:
- Threaten violence against another User(s), group of people, Doll & Dollhouse employees, or Doll & Dollhouse as a company;
- Make any statements of intent to inflict physical harm towards an individual, group, or animals (ex. murders, mass shootings, animal sacrifice, spells/sorcery which intend to cause harm, etc.);
- Make any statements or share imagery that encourages or incites others to inflict such harm or advocates violence (ex. approval of genocide, support for terrorism, etc.);
- Share hate symbols like swastikas, hand symbols, or numbers known to reference violent ideologies, etc;
- Offer, agree to provide, or ask for any content that threatens, glorifies, promotes, or expresses support for acts of violence against individuals, groups, or the general public;
- Urge, provoke someone (through requests or instructions) to break the law or engage in activities of questionable legality.
4.1 Dangerous Organizations & Individuals
On Doll & Dollhouse, we do not allow content or activities which are directly or indirectly affiliated with, praise, support, or represent dangerous organizations, their members, their actions, or their shared ideologies. Such organizations often use digital platforms to spread their agenda, proliferate messages of hate, and indoctrinate new members to join their cause.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- International and domestic terror organizations
- Criminal organizations and violent groups
- Extremist organizations and individuals
- Hate/conspiracy groups
Do not:
- Promote or glorify violence, hateful activity, dangerous propaganda, or conspiracy theories;
- Express support for or glorify dangerous organizations, their members, their actions, or their shared ideologies;
- Offer, agree to provide, or ask for services related to activities of dangerous groups and/or their members or shared ideologies;
- Offer, agree to provide, or ask for services which promote violence, conspiracy theories, or propaganda—or supports/advocates for the activity of the above organizations;
We do allow users to offer or ask for related services that are intended to contribute to the research of dangerous groups and organizations, or the prevention of terror, extremists, and criminal activity. We reserve all rights to ban any User that violates these terms.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Once a report of all relevant information is received from a rights holder or authorized representative (“reporter”), we will remove or disable access to content that engages in:
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark infringement
Doll & Dollhouse reserves the right to request additional information from a reporter—such as proof of ownership or other documentation.
5.1 Services Which Violate Intellectual Property Rights
In accordance with various laws—and our commitment to protect the work of our creative community, Doll & Dollhouse does not permit any service that violates the intellectual property (IP) rights of individuals and/or businesses, and will take measures against those who provide or request such services, and so help to protect our creative community.
Do not offer, agree to provide, or ask for services such as:
- Services related to copying or distribution of copyrighted material (digital piracy), such as creating torrent websites, developing platforms for streaming movies and TV shows, selling access to any streaming service account, etc;
- Services involving hacked or cracked software products (programs, apps, themes, templates, games, etc);
- Services which are aimed to intentionally remove the watermark or copyright mark without the owner’s consent or permission.
We reserve all rights to permanently remove Users which are involved in infringement of intellectual property rights.

The following Shipping Terms (these "Shipping"), describe shipping policies related to any physical products that we sell on our site, www.dollanddollhouse.com (the "Site"), referred hereto as "Doll & Dollhouse," "we", "our", or "us." "You" or "user" means you as a user of the Site. " "Buyer" refers to any customer of the site who creates an account with us and purchases services on our site. "Site Visitor" refers to a browser of our site that has not created an account with us. "Seller" refers to any seller or vendor of a service on our site. All of our information on this Terms, Policies, and Guidelines page can be collectively referred to as "Terms."
General
- We offer free domestic (USA) shipping for all of our physical products. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- We currently do not offer shipping outside of the USA for physical products.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once the order is placed for a physical product, cancellations are not allowed.
- We do not cover the costs of returns, such as shipping labels.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will send you your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, the purchase is non-refundable.
