For over 11 years, I’ve had the pleasure of empowering individuals to feel confident and poised in any social or professional setting. Whether it’s building leadership skills, mastering etiquette, or simply boosting confidence, my goal is to make social success accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

I've been fortunate to work with a variety of clients, from YouTubers to major universities like UCLA, UC Berkeley, and UCI, as well as nonprofits such as NCL and NLYM. I’ve also collaborated with top-tier businesses like Ernst & Young. My work has been featured across media, including online, in print, and on TV. 

How I Got Started

I actually started my etiquette career thanks to my daughters. At the time, I was working in real estate, and I decided to enroll them in an etiquette class. I already knew quite a bit about etiquette, but I was genuinely fascinated by everything they were learning and how it added to what I already understood.

I remember feeling so excited watching their confidence grow that I thought, I want to know more about this, and I want to teach it. After they completed their program, I went home, Googled “how to become an etiquette coach,” found a certification course, and enrolled. That was back in 2006 or 2007, and I’ve been teaching etiquette ever since.

Career

As an etiquette coach, I truly love helping individuals unlock their potential through the power of polished social skills. My role is all about creating confident leaders who can navigate any social or professional setting with grace and ease. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone transform, whether it's mastering dining etiquette, perfecting their posture, or building the confidence to lead a meeting or an event.

What I love most about my work is how personal and impactful it is. Every client brings unique challenges, and I get to tailor my guidance to their specific needs, making sure they leave with skills that will last a lifetime. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients—from students preparing for their careers to professionals sharpening their networking skills.

One of my proudest achievements is having been featured in various media outlets, including online platforms, TV, and print publications, which has allowed me to spread the message of civility and graciousness far and wide. Whether it’s working with universities like UCLA and UC Berkeley, nonprofit organizations like NCL and NLYM, or companies like Ernst & Young, each partnership has been a step toward making etiquette accessible and relevant in today’s world.

At the heart of it all, my role is about empowerment—giving people the tools they need to feel comfortable, confident, and capable in any situation. It’s a job I’m proud to do, and I can’t wait to continue helping more individuals find their confidence and elegance.

I will walk you through what I do for a living —covering job responsibilities, how to get started, the skills you’ll need, educational paths, insights from my own experience, etc. I'll answer as many of your questions as I can and share practical advice to help you take the next steps if this path aligns with your goals!

Many of my career responsibilities and insights are applicable worldwide, regardless of where you’re located. While I can share general advice and insights, I am unable to provide region-specific legal, tax, or business setup guidance. However, I can guide you through industry best practices and offer practical steps that are not location-specific.
