About Me: Catherine Monahan

Born in South Africa to a vibrant mix of Spanish and Irish heritage, my journey has been a tapestry of diverse cultures and experiences. With childhood holidays spent across Europe, I embraced the richness of different traditions early on. At 21, I moved to the UK, embarking on a dynamic career that spanned Miami, Napa Valley, and now, my dream home—Ibiza.

From a young age, I had psychic abilities but it wasn't until I discovered Integrative Quantum Medicine that I truly learned to harness and transform energy. This revelation unlocked my understanding of our power as creators, making life a thrilling adventure!

My Professional Journey

I hold a Business Degree from a South African university, specializing in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, and Clinical Psychology. My thirst for knowledge led me to study Reiki (Levels 1 & 2), Animal Energetics, Integrative Quantum Medicine (to practitioner and teacher levels), Kinesiology, Astrology, Quantum Diagnostics, Body Pendulum, and more.

With over 20 years as a graphic designer and owner of an AI agency focused on customer recruitment and advertising, I’ve honed my skills in both creativity and business acumen. Additionally, I run a global drink company, blending my entrepreneurial spirit with my passion for wellness.

My Philosophy

I don’t believe in merely healing people—I empower them to discover the root causes of their issues and teach them how to heal themselves. This philosophy extends to my work with animals, energetically diagnosing and aiding their healing, often astonishing vets with the results.

I’m passionate about the ocean, yoga, Pilates, and meditation, drawing inspiration from luminaries like Jess Shepherd, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Dr. Bruce Lipton, and Gregg Braden. My interests also encompass magic, music, light and sound healing, and the profound memory and power of water.

Virtual Career Tour: Through video chat, I will walk you through what I do for a living —covering job responsibilities, how to get started, the skills you’ll need, educational paths, insights from my own experience, etc. I'll answer as many of your questions as I can and share practical advice to help you take the next steps if this path aligns with your goals!
