About

I was introduced to MLM or network marketing at the age of 20 and had some success. Although it didn’t work out long term, it showed me what was possible and from then on, I knew I wanted to create a better life for me and my future family. From that time, I tried multiple career paths with the ultimate goal being to work for myself and create time + financial freedom for my family. I tried real estate, property management, insurance, even being an influencer (LOL 🫠), and then in 2021 I became a remote personal assistant for someone. I thought it was my dream job because I was mostly remote and could work from home with my kids.

After some time, I realized I wanted more and it really wasn’t a dream. I was still an employee who was on call, receiving urgent messages outside of business hours and expected to drop everything to respond. I worked overtime with no overtime pay, I had no PTO or vacation pay - so what was the point of being a salaried employee? I was planning on leaving but ironically, I was let go on August 1, 2023. It was truly the push I needed to finally do what I’ve always dreamed of.

After a failed MRR digital marketing attempt (because I knew I wanted to make money at home), I launched my Virtual Assistant business on 9/26/2023 and now I make 6 figures, own a Virtual Assistant agency and coach other VAs build their dream businesses.


Career

Being a virtual assistant checks every box I’ve ever wanted as an entrepreneur. It allows me to choose who I work with and when I want to work. I get to be a present wife, mom and friend. And I get to have the most amazing clients. I only work with business owners I truly align with and who see the value in what I do for them. Our agency does general admin all the way to specialities like Pinterest management and brand collaborations. It’s the best career path ever, I’m convinced.

 

Virtual Career Tours

Information Session (60 mins):  I will give you a detailed breakdown of what I do, including job responsibilities, ways to start, required skills, educational pathways, industry insights, experiences, etc. and answer any questions that you have about my career. If applicable, I can show you the physical environment(s) in which I work. For those who want to know more about my career / field / role.

Coaching Session (90 mins): I will provide foundational support for building your business, including skill development, internal processes setup, software / tools guidance, tips, goal-setting, accountability coaching, etc. Please note that I cannot give legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. For those who want actionable advice and career planning help.

 

Process

  1. You purchase my service (please only purchase one service at a time).
  2. Once I get your order, I reach out to you over email (the one you used to purchase this order) within 14 days to set a time and date for our virtual meeting.
  3. We conduct our virtual meeting over Zoom within 30 days of your purchase (We can meet after 30 days, though the option for a refund will not be available to you from Doll & Dollhouse, so please use your discretion).
