About
I am a spiritual guide and transformational coach and facilitator. I work with Tantric and Tao knowledge and energies combined with modern psychoanalytic tools and embodiment practices to help my clients transform their lives and relationships. It is through these tools that I guide my clients into deeper self-awareness, sensitivity and presence.
My mission is to support others as they step into their full passion, pleasure and power so that they can live fulfilled lives. Most importantly, I am a wife to Navot and a mother to our three children. That has been the most gratifying, difficult and love-filled journey of my life. It is through the triumphs and struggles of being a devoted mother and wife in combination with my spiritual journey that have made me who I am.
My unique journey as both a householder and Tantra facilitator is what informs all of my work. I have been guiding others on their spiritual paths since 2005 when I first started out as a yoga teacher. I travelled India extensively and spent time living in Ashrams learning from various gurus and absorbing Tantric knowledge. I dove into yogic practices and had some very deep spiritual awakenings that changed me on a cellular level.
Since then I have deepened my yogic studies and also expanded into Tantra, Taoism, esoteric forms of healing and Kundalini yoga. I hold academic degrees in Psychology and Conflict Management and Resolution, all of which inform my coaching style.
My approach is practical and focused and reflects the blueprint of my own healing journey.
Career
I am an Intimacy & Relationship Coach that works with women and couples online and also through live courses, retreats and workshops. I love getting to know people deeply and helping them making meaningful change in their lives and relationships. I have worked with hundreds of clients worldwide.
I am the creator and facilitator of my signature 3-month online course "Awaken Your Desire" for women that has transformed the lives of many and am the host on the Divine Couples podcast.
I have had numerous guest appearances on the Shameless S.ex Podcast, rated in the top 0.1% globally.
I was featured in GOSS Magazine, the Esther Perel Issue and was an executive contributor to Brainz Magazine, both with millions of readers.

My Mission: To empower women and couples to create passionate, intimate and fulfilling lives through compassionate, authentic and effective coaching. It is through my own relationship of 18 years that I have come to do this work and it a product of my own personal healing journey. It is with a full heart and passionate soul that I offer these services. I hope to meet you to see if we are a good fit!
My Approach: I combine modern psychoanalytic tools with ancient energetic practices and embodiment work in my sessions with women and couples. I find that this holistic approach helps my clients work on the varying layers that intimacy and relationship struggles often stem from. I have been told by many of my clients that talk therapy will help them, but only up to a certain point. It is like they KNOW that more is available to them but they don’t know how to get there. I am a strong believer in teaching tools that people can use to improve their lives. I am not just another therapist that will simply listen to all your complaints.
Embodiment work is a major part of how I work with women and couples. That means that the focus will be on DOING and BEING - not only on talking and sharing about your struggles - but actively creating a different blueprint and rewiring your energy body. If your not activating the body, the energy won’t flow. If the energy isn’t flowing - then you won’t feel any true transformation. You will stay stuck in your old patterns.
