About

I am a single mother and multi business owner/ entrepreneur.

I have been doing this since I was a teenager and have always loved the hospitality industry. Soon after having my son I realized I needed a job and career that would work around my kids schedule as well as make good money, as being a single mother that also means a single income. I went to culinary school full time and shortly after I started as a late night delivery service, selling plates of fried chicken and waffles to college students. From there I started a catering company, then pop up restaurants, a food truck to a ghost kitchen and then a NightClub and Bar.

Unfortunately the brick and mortar locations didnt work due to covid, so I went back to being fully mobile in my private chef and catering career and have loved my life and the freedom I have ever since. I love cooking and am passionate about eating clean, healthy and delicious food options. I make my dishes from scratch with affordable, local and fresh ingredients.

Career

My career has been amazing and a learning experience. I have come across many challenges, however have always learned how to adapt and survive. That is important in the food industry. I went from frying chicken and waffles in rental garages to owning my own brick and mortars as well as food trucks.

I am very proud of those accomplishments all while being a single mother. My career as a personal chef, caterer and food truck owner is the most rewarding "job" I have ever had, becuase I created the company from ground up and its successful. Even after covid, my company still strives. 

Virtual Career Tours

Time slots: 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes

Information Session:  I will give you a detailed breakdown of what I do, including job responsibilities, ways to start, required skills, educational pathways, industry insights, experiences, etc. and answer any questions that you have about my career. If applicable, I can show you the physical environment(s) in which I work. For those who want to know more about my career / field / role.

Coaching Session: I will provide foundational support for building your business, including skill development, internal processes setup, software / tools guidance, tips, goal-setting, accountability coaching, etc. Please note that I cannot give legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. For those who want actionable advice and career planning help.

Process

1. You purchase my service (please only purchase one service at a time).
2. Once I get your order, I reach out to you over email (the one you used to purchase this order) within 14 days to set a time and date for our virtual meeting.
3. We conduct our virtual meeting over Zoom within 30 days of your purchase (We can meet after 30 days, though the option for a refund will not be available to you from Doll & Dollhouse, so please use your discretion).
