About

I am a creative at heart who started a large cutting garden on my property surrounded by the forest 6 years ago. When I started my flower garden I decided to educated myself in floral design and have now been working on wedding work for the last 5 years. 

I specialize in fantasy and a whimsical theme and my whole brand is focused on a cottage core aesthetic. I now also offer floral preservation working with pressed flowers and beyond. I preserve bridal bouquets and create keepsake art for my clients' homes.

I love being surrounded by nature particularly the giant redwood forests and the ocean. I love to be in water and river dips are a must for me throughout the summer. I’m from the Açores islands Portugal and my love for the ocean and the islands is embedded in my soul.

I adore all things fantasy and am a huge Lord of the Rings fan. My love for fantasy is found in all I do.

I have been married to my best friend for 20 years and together we have 3 amazing kids.

We are building our dream life together on our Misty Mountain and I feel blessed everyday.

Career

I love bringing magic to someone’s special day through the art of flowers. My hope is that throughout their lives together they may be reminded of their most special day every time they see a flower from their bouquet or smell a scent of the highly fragrant flower that surrounded them in their ceremony flowers. 

I am the owner, creator, manager, and every other position in my business. My role to be someone’s floral fairy godmother from the very beginning when their seed is planted to the moment they place their forever art on their wall.

I walk them through their floral story.

My job is everything to me, to be woven into someone’s story in such a beautiful and meaningful way. And it truly means the world to me. 

I have had the privilege to learn from amazing teachers in flower growing, design, and preservation art.

I have had my business win local awards and nominations, been interviewed for a show on the Portuguese Network RTP, and just recently had a photoshoot published in Green Wedding Shoes!
