About

I’m Dara Connolly—a woman on a mission! As a TEDx speaker, award-winning speaker coach, and 4x author, I’ve “dared” thousands to become more impactful and influential when speaking in front of an audience.

I wasn’t always this way. As a former shy introvert, I often felt frustrated watching myself and other polite leaders go unrecognized simply because we didn’t speak with impact.

In 2004, I decided to take action. I started training women leaders out of my garage—and that small beginning sparked a movement.

Since then, my work has grown to include nationwide partnerships and awards from international organizations. I’ve personally trained over 10,000 women to speak with confidence and impact. Today, my program has expanded to include men who also want to deliver powerful presentations.

Through my training and interactive presentations, I make it easy for leaders to master public speaking.

Career

I love coaching clients to overcome their fear of speaking and learn how to speak on sales calls, at meetings, or on stage with impact. Some of my clients even pursue careers as a paid speaker or wish to speak on TEDx and I help coach them along that path.

Information Session

Time slots: 30 minutes, 60 minutes

Virtual Career Tour: Through video chat, I will walk you through what I do for a living —covering job responsibilities, how to get started, the skills you’ll need, educational paths, insights from my own experience, etc. I'll answer as many of your questions as I can and share practical advice to help you take the next steps if this path aligns with your goals! 

Many of my career responsibilities and insights are applicable worldwide, regardless of where you’re located. While I can share general advice and insights, I am unable to provide region-specific legal, tax, or business setup guidance. However, I can guide you through industry best practices and offer practical steps that are not location-specific.

2. Pick an available time slot on my calendar above.
3. Once I receive your order, I reach out to you over email to set a time and date for our virtual meeting.
4. We conduct our virtual meeting at our agreed-upon time.
