About

Hello, I’m Tracy! It took nearly a decade to find my calling as a freelance Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist for eCommerce. All it took was:

• Several years of having no clue what I wanted out of my career and life
• Getting a degree in a ‘dying’ industry
• Trying and then burning out from several digital marketing jobs
• An ADHD diagnosis at 28 years old
• Becoming the first of my family to become self-employed

• Hanging out with my two rescue cats, Mona and Howie (translation: snuggles and scritches)

Career

I help eCommerce brands and websites turn more of their website visitors into happy customers with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). I conduct research on a brand’s customers and website visitors, then turn those insights into science experiments to help my clients make better business decisions and earn more revenue.

No day looks the same with what I do because CRO is equal parts art, science, and psychology. As a person who gets bored easily, that is why I love it.

• One day I may investigate where visitors click on a website through heatmaps.
• Another day I may survey website visitors to find out why they didn’t buy.
• The day after I may analyze a website experiment that is set to make my client an extra $10,000 per month in revenue.

However, I can guide you through industry best practices and offer practical steps that are not location-specific.
