About
I am the founder and owner of Bitter Grace, a sustainable lifestyle and clothing brand, and the host of the podcast “The Path to Conscious Living.” While I aim to raise awareness about conscious fashion through education and transparency, my greatest mission is to guide others toward authentic self-expression—empowering individuals to express more of who they already are.
I advocate for sustainable fashion, emphasizing wearability and longevity. I offer individual, executive, and corporate consulting services, helping people invest in pieces that align with their lifestyle and personal values. Bitter Grace is more than just a brand—it’s a beacon of mindful consumption, fostering a community that celebrates both individuality and sustainability.
Career
As an immigrant growing up in the DC area, I was raised to pursue conventional career routes in government. After completing my Master's in Public Policy, I tried to land the "perfect" job, only to be left feeling frustrated and unfulfilled. After years of working in different industries and climbing the corporate ladder, I realized I was chasing other people's dreams and expectations.
I launched Bitter Grace in 2019 online after envisioning my own boutique shop filled with everything I loved, including clothing and home essentials. I organized a few one-day pop-ups in DC that were all successful, inspiring me to open my own brick-and-mortar store. In 2020, I opened my first store and experienced great success. I took a leap of faith, investing in my business full-time and leaving my corporate position in early 2021. It was the best decision I ever made, allowing me to grow and tap into gifts I never knew I had.
I was committed to size inclusivity and offering quality, natural clothing options, which led me to invest in my own clothing line. I launched my first collection at the end of 2021 and my second in the spring of 2023. Working with women from all walks of life revealed the profound impact image and style have on how we show up and connect with others.
My greatest mission is to help others reimagine their image and style and gain clarity on who they want to be—aligned with their values and aspirations. When you begin to embody who you aspire to be, you start to experience life differently.

While I can share general advice and insights, I am unable to provide region-specific legal, tax, or business setup guidance. However, I can guide you through industry best practices and offer practical steps that are not location-specific.
