Hi love, pleased to e-meet you!

I'm an ex-biotechnologist and digital nomad turned Vocal Sound Healer and Sound Healing Trainer.

In 2013, I left my biotech role and became a digital nomad travelling the world for 7 years, living out of my suitcase and working remotely for SaaS tech companies.

In 2020, I got stuck in Bali during the pandemic, left a toxic 11-year relationship and moved to a town I barely knew. Then I got into a scooter accident which left me with 6 stitches in my leg and recovering alone by myself. And to top it off, I got fired from my remote job.

I lost my marriage, home, physical mobility and job. And it all happened in the span of 4 months.

Since then, I discovered the healing power of sound and vibrational work, and built a fully-aligned life and a thriving soul-aligned sound healing business. Sound healing, vibrational work and subconscious reprogramming with hypnagogic light technology has transformed my life completely in the span of a few short years.

• I created a completely new soul-aligned business, including a research-based Sound Healing training that dispels myths and brings a grounded and practical understanding to this field.
• I am in control of my working hours and vacations.
•  I've uncovered my inner creative and released 6 songs on Spotify, and co-authored a book.
• I met new friends and soul-family after my divorce and have built a close-knit community.
• I completely booked out my soul-driven business within 6 months of starting it in 2022.
• I've raised the price of my offerings four times in less than 2 years.

Career

My mission is to blend Science with Spirituality to remove the general scepticism around energy medicine and ground the woo-woo with research based facts.

I focus on three main pillars in Sound Zenergy:

1) Sound healing, Voice empowerment, and Facilitator trainings

2) Hypnagogic light sessions

3) Coaching sessions for growth-oriented individuals.

I have a BSc in Biotechnology and worked for 9 years in a Science education company, managing the laboratory and creating practical experiments to support curriculum for genetic biology, microbiology, etc.

I have multiple multi-level sound healing certifications and use Himalayan bowls, Crystal singing bowls tuned to the healing 432Hz musical scale, and other healing instruments to create spaces for deep rest, healing & inner transformation.

I accompany my sound journeys with the original instrument of all - Voice - to share channelled vocal transmissions that guide others into deep inner meditation and altered states of consciousness for a truly soul-stirring and unforgettable experience.

I have a background in North Indian classical music and led traditional Sikh kirtan at large scale events in temples in Singapore and India.

I discovered my authentic intuitive vocal expression when I bought my first crystal singing bowls. I released my debut album ‘Spirit Journey’ on Spotify in 2023, and my latest single 'Sound is Medicine' in 2024.

I now teach people at all levels how to:

• use sound as a tool to live with greater alignment to their values and vision. - connect with the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls
• ignite the power of their voice to activate healing and inner confidence to release
• perfection and liberate their authentic expression
• adopt a healthy and resilient mindset for long-term business success
