Hi, I'm Rachel. I'm a creative entrepreneur, filmmaker, and personal brand expert who is passionate about helping ambitious people unlock their full potential.

I started my journey in television working from the ground up, creating powerful narratives through film and media, and quickly developed a knack for helping people find their authentic voice and express it boldly. If you want to be create change in the world and do things differently I am your person.

My background combines a love for digital media, music, and personal growth, which I channel into every project to create something truly unique and impactful.

My clients know me for my edgy, futurist, and classic approach. I’m not afraid to push boundaries, yet I always keep a sophisticated edge that makes my style both memorable and professional. I believe in blending authenticity with a bit of creative rebellion, which helps people I coach and help stand out in today’s crowded market.

My goal is to guide clients to step into their power, own their message, and create a business or path that feel as magnetic as they are meaningful.

In my personal life, I love animals and music. I have HUGE goals with the films I am directing.

I live in a treehouse with my husband Michael. We have 2 cats.

I find inspiration in music and through deep conversations. 

Career

Last year, I was awarded the Beam Woman of the Year Award 2023, which was the first time winning an award, and it was so special to be acknowledged for the impact we have made in thousands of people's lives.

My husband and I have been coaching online for 10 years. I have been a director for 30 years and am about to direct a very special doco with a secret Hollywood A-lister, which will be amazing.

I have been invited to speak on stage in front of audiences as large as 2500 about personal branding and design. If you want to speak to someone who is intuitive, creative, done a lot and up to big things. I'd love to meet you.

Virtual Career Tours

Time slots: 30 minutes, 60 minutes

Information Session:  I will give you a detailed breakdown of what I do, including job responsibilities, ways to start, required skills, educational pathways, industry insights, experiences, etc. and answer any questions that you have about my career. If applicable, I can show you the physical environment(s) in which I work. For those who want to know more about my career / field / role.

Coaching Session: I will provide foundational support for building your business, including skill development, internal processes setup, software / tools guidance, tips, goal-setting, accountability coaching, etc. Please note that I cannot give legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. For those who want actionable advice and career planning help.

Process

1. You purchase my service (please only purchase one service at a time).
2. Once I get your order, I reach out to you over email (the one you used to purchase this order) within 14 days to set a time and date for our virtual meeting.
3. We conduct our virtual meeting over Zoom within 30 days of your purchase (We can meet after 30 days, though the option for a refund will not be available to you from Doll & Dollhouse, so please use your discretion).
