The Connection Hall focuses on empathy, collaboration, and shared meaning. This hall encourages community and invites you to build relationships that feel supportive.
connection - nurturing openness & genuine exchange
Your job is to create spaces where genuine exchange happens with little effort.
✨ Current Obstacles:
- "I feel that my interactions lack depth, trust, or genuine fulfillment."
- "I struggle to find or maintain authentic connections."
What do you most appreciate about yourself today?
This allows us to cultivate a sense of appreciation for how far we've come and who we are, whether we deem those traits as "positive" or "negative". Our genuine sense of admiration for ourselves opens our eyes to see these same traits more prominently in others. We then cultivate a genuine sense of camaraderie with other people for no reason other than appreciating those same beautiful qualities.
For example, if we notice our own small acts of courage, we may start to admire all the little ways that other people show courage in their lives.
The more we appreciate our own or other others' qualities, the more comfortable we feel to share our authentic self.
The more authentic we are, the more and wider range of authentic connections we can form with others.
intimacy - deepening presence & emotional honesty
Your job is to soften, share from the heart, and invite emotional openness.
✨ Current Obstacles:
- "I struggle to connect to, trust others with, or express my emotions."
- "I feel distant, misunderstood, or inauthentic with others."
What boundaries can you strengthen, in any area of your life?
In order to be present in the moment and open our hearts to others, we need to feel safe in our own skin. Safe from the fear of judgement or rejection.
Developing healthy boundaries gives us a deep feeling of safety and protection that allows us to open up. Boundaries can come in all shapes and forms - physical, emotional, mental, or digital. Developing boundaries also gives us a deeper sense of self-confidence and control over our lives.
Think about the areas in your life where you feel depleted, overextended, triggered, or bored. Setting boundaries will bring you back to a state of balance and release you from anything that doesn't feel empowering for you. From that state of balance, you can freely open up and deepen within your connections.
circle - fostering togetherness
Your job is to make sure that every voice belongs and is received with care.
✨ Current Obstacles:
- "I struggle to cultivate a sense of belonging or connection with a group.
- "I struggle to bring each individual together into a cohesive circle."
- "Collective engagement is low or imbalanced."
In what way can you live more authentically today?
We can first focus on finding the "circle" within ourselves before we search for it in other people. Living authentically means honoring our values, listening to our intuition, and setting healthy boundaries.
Use "authenticity" as the keyword that bonds you with other people, including a community. Authenticity creates an automatic safe space where our core layers are respected. It is one of the most magnetic, radiant, and awe-inspiring qualities to both experience and see in someone else!
Push yourself to live as authentically as possible each day - speak up, set boundaries, spend time on meaningful work, and follow your curiosities. This will help you cultivate a community of passionate people who all value the joy of living authentically.
trust - cultivating safety & sincerity
Your job is to cultivate deep bonds through warm presence.
✨ Current Obstacles:
- "I don't know how to give or cultivate a sense of trust."
- "I find it difficult to know who or what to trust."
What new boundaries could you set or strengthen that would make you feel safe and supported?
The more clear we become on our boundaries and committed to protecting them, the easier it becomes to find the balance between privacy and openness. Our boundaries also give us the safety to fully relax in the moment and engage with authentic presence.
Validate your boundaries, no matter how extreme or eccentric they might seem. Protect them, even if they cause friction or cause short-term inconvenience for long-term gain. Trust is built on a foundation where all members stand strong and trust in their own boundaries before all else.

Why are doll halls so important?
The more clear we are on the role we want to embody & play in the lives of others, the easier it is to give our business a sense of direction and purpose. This is the purpose that grounds us on our path and helps us overcome the challenges that come our way.
As we evolve, we may want to explore other spaces or just remind ourselves what our center is made of. We can lean into these archetypes at any point, whether we commit to just one, are drawn to several, or shift into all of them.
