I’m Kristin Romberg, a passionate artist with over three decades of experience in creative fields. My journey began as an illustrator and graphic designer, but for the past two decades, I’ve been dedicated to my true calling: creating art that resonates deeply with nature and human connection. I specialize in large-scale abstract paintings, often inspired by the raw beauty of the Norwegian landscape, where I live and work. My artistic style is bold, colorful, and textured, inviting viewers to engage with the work physically and emotionally.
I’m also an adventurous spirit who loves to travel, learn from different cultures, and bring those influences into my work. I’ve participated in residencies around the globe, including France and Australia, and I thrive on collaborating with others to explore new perspectives. Customers book with me because my art isn’t just visual—it’s an immersive experience that sparks curiosity, wonder, and reflection. My philosophy is simple: art should inspire and challenge, inviting people to dream and feel.
Career
As a professional artist, my role is both a privilege and a responsibility. I’m constantly exploring new techniques and ideas, pushing boundaries to create work that speaks to our shared humanity and the environment. My job is not just about creating; it’s about connecting—whether through exhibitions, workshops, or conversations. I’ve had the honor of showcasing my work in prestigious galleries worldwide and completing major public art commissions, including large-scale installations and permanent pieces in Norway.
What I love most about my role is the freedom to express and inspire. Art allows me to connect deeply with others, whether it’s through a single painting or a collaborative project. Some of my proudest achievements include leading innovative art programs for students, creating immersive installations, and working on my long-term project, Visual Diary, which captures the essence of life in abstract forms. Every piece I create is a testament to my belief that art has the power to transform spaces and touch lives.

Coaching Session: I will provide foundational support for building your business, including skill development, internal processes setup, software / tools guidance, tips, goal-setting, accountability coaching, etc. Please note that I cannot give legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. For those who want actionable advice and career planning help.
Process

- We conduct our virtual meeting over Zoom within 30 days of your purchase (We can meet after 30 days, though the option for a refund will not be available to you from Doll & Dollhouse, so please use your discretion).
