About
I am a copywriter for those who care and dare. What does that mean?
The carer in me does everything at 100% - I don't do things halfway or half-heartedly. This applies not just to my professional life as a copywriter, but also to everything in my personal life. My heart bursts with joy when I step onto a plane. I enjoy dancing so intensely that my cheeks hurt from smiling. I brim with happiness when I'm around great people and when meeting new ones. And if my fingers could make sounds, they would be squealing with delight every time they get to work on a beautiful story again.
The daredevil in me loves adventures and thinks outside the box. The greatest never-ending adventure is Pen & Pixels - my own business where I can finally use my passion and creativity for language to help and empower others. The beginning of Pen & Pixels started on a flight from Mexico back to the Netherlands. A torrent of tears streamed down my face. At that moment, I knew something had to change. A few months later, I quit my steady job and gave up my rental apartment, moved back in with my mom, took several courses, registered my business at the Chamber of Commerce, and booked a one-way ticket to Tenerife where I worked remotely for three months. When I can write amazing texts to help others shine and do it while being in a sunny place, then both my clients and I are happy people.

Many of my career responsibilities and insights are applicable worldwide, regardless of where you’re located. While I can share general advice and insights, I am unable to provide region-specific legal, tax, or business setup guidance. However, I can guide you through industry best practices and offer practical steps that are not location-specific.
