With a background in Psychology and Business Administration, I've dedicated my career to enhancing the operational efficiency of mental health professionals. My team and I offer premium virtual assistant services, specializing in administrative support and digital marketing for therapists in private practice. We ensure their digital exposure is managed flawlessly while they focus on what truly matters: their clients.

As the founder of The Mental Health VA, my role is to lead a team of skilled Mental Health Facilitators who serve as the backbone for therapists navigating the complexities of private practice. I love that my job allows me to combine my passion for mental health with my skills in business management, creating a unique niche that significantly impacts our clients' success. What I find most rewarding is seeing the tangible benefits our services bring to our clients—whether it's through streamlined scheduling, improved client retention, or enhanced digital marketing.
One of my key achievements has been developing a system where each private practice we serve is assigned a small team of virtual assistants. This ensures personalized, consistent service that truly understands and meets the needs of each client. Moreover, I take pride in our proactive approach to training and technology, like integrating AI tools and developing digital marketing packages specifically tailored for mental health professionals.

Coaching Session: I will provide foundational support for building your business, including skill development, internal processes setup, software / tools guidance, tips, goal-setting, accountability coaching, etc. Please note that I cannot give legal, tax, financial, or medical advice. For those who want actionable advice and career planning help.

- We conduct our virtual meeting over Zoom within 30 days of your purchase (We can meet after 30 days, though the option for a refund will not be available to you from Doll & Dollhouse, so please use your discretion).
